Bipolar disorder is an illness that the person has to take respiratory for themselves at some point. "We" don't have to do sh* t. The second guy is definitely in a critical mental health situation. If he's supposed to be on medication and is either not taking it, or drinking so over the limit that he's in a blackout and doesn't remember shit, I really hope he gets the help he so desperately needs. Mental health should be looked at as the DISEASE that it is. We can do better, and should do a better. It's not just the person, it affects family and friends lives too.

😂😢😂😢😂😢
Look, while I definitely believe mental health services should be more accessible, this guy apparently already has a diagnosis and has been on medication. He's an adult. Bipolar disorder is an illness that the person has to take respiratory for themselves at some point. "We" don't have to do sh* t. In fact, we're legally not allowed to- you cannot force someone to get help, take their meds, etc. He has received help and has decided for whatever reason to stop. Bipolar is not so debilitating that this guy doesn't know what he's doing or the effect he's having on those around him. There are plenty that actually want and need help. This guy has it, doesn't use it and needs to be held responsible for his actions. No less.
The dad is not safe whatsoever in the second portion of the video😢

19:32 why do parents allow dangerous adult children to live with them? This man is 38 and still living with his daddy. Bring back the looney bins. @@urielgrey Meds aren't always the answer, because even if someone has a mental illness or disorder that can be helped with medication, there's no guarantee they will be put on the correct one. Many medications (e.g. antipsychotics, SSRIs) can greatly worsen someone's condition, especially if what they need is actually something else (a different type of medication or no medication at all). I've known of people who were stuck in psych wards and they were basically pacified with medication. They didn't cause a problem for the others, but their quality of life was absolutely miserable, and all they could do was suffer silently, sometimes without the mental capacity to even communicate their pain.
