You have fabulous demonstrations.. you are a great teacher.. but the resolution is so bad you cant really see the rocks properly.. which seems to defeat the great teaching video..
Love your style and own several of your videos. Thank you for sharing this. I became just a little disenchanted with the introduction. We already want to learn to paint rocks and most, I suspect, would not have to be 'sold' on the technique prior to your demo.

Hi I do this same Technic but I use a pallet knife. I love the way the rocks turn out. There so cool looking. I never tryed a card. I think I will now to see how it turns out. Thanks for sharing and happy painting 😊😎 FL.
Just wondering if you purposely blur the demos. Every video I have tried to watch of yours is slightly off enough that the painting is difficult to see. Number one I cannot see your face clearly and also the paintings behind you look amazing but blurred and thirdly it is difficult to see the lesson. I have learned so much from you but feel that I am missing out on the complete picture !!
I loved the technique but the camera was focused more on the teacher than on the demonstration. I recently watched a video where light was directed specifically on one part of the painting, so you could tell how wet the paper was at all times. I never saw the instructor, just the demonstration. Just a suggestion.
You are easy to listen to but you need to watch your tutorial. 85% of the time we look at you, not the painting. You briefly show what you've done (at an angle that is sometimes hard to see) and then the camera goes on you for your lecture. 1.33 minutes into the video you gave an extended view of the painting but then the camera goes back onto you. You are probably very nice and a good painter but watch your video as a viewer and see if you don't agree with me. I hate to be critical but I am serious about learning and watch tutorials everyday. Please take this as a sincere critique not criticism. Sorry.
This guy talks, talk, his watercolour paintings are great but wish there was more painting that viewer can actually see, far more painting, less talking.

I would prefer that you would leave your camera on the painting longer, and maybe more of an overhead shot than an angle. Thank you for your video.
