I learned from working at a snowball stand that having a cold blade makes a big difference on the texture. That's one of the few places I don't mind being busy because I know the blade had enough time to cool.

Hi!! I’m not a doctor but had clotting and oxygen issues. Try vitamin c and avoiding calcium/dairy when eating or taking iron rich foods as vitamin c increases iron absorption (esp those dang yucky tablets) and calcium blocks/slows absorption of iron. Good luck!!!
