Arts in Uptown Chicago 6 min Edit

in 1978 Stu Sweetow, together with the Council of Mojave, got a small grant to make a documentary about the artists living in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago. A very small grant.
We planned an art fair on the main street in the neighborhood and invited the mayor, who we interviewed there. Prior to the event, we met with some of the artists to plan interviews. Stu wrote the script with the help from the Council of Mojave.
We hired a camera operator and used a local college's video editing equipment to finish the video.
