Idolatrize World ON PIANO!! This is Keiki's Theme from Touhou 17 WBaWC. Widely considered to be one of the greatest themes from the series, this final boss music is the absolute peak of ZUN's abilities as a composer. I tried to capture that feeling of the original that...well, it's kinda hard to replicate. Enjoy!

Man, I was on a Touhou music binge and UA-cam decided to recommend your channel to me and just wow, genuinely the best piano covers of the tracks I've heard in years, great adherence to the original melody, great tempo choice, and just a the right amount of complexity. Just a joy to listen to.

The instrumentation reminded me of Kingdom Hearts 2's OST a bit. Old ZUN is getting back the haunting notes of young ZUN. This one hits like a revenge-seeking, grave-robbed ghost.

I particularly love that you did the 1:21 syncopated phrases correctly!! Many covers get them wrong, not including the subtle beat difference between the first triplet(?) sequence and the next. It's been a pet peeve of mine :)

I love this theme so dang much! Only thing I wish was that this game was a bit harder since I beat it in only 2 hours but whatever. Definitely my favorite theme and the first piece that got me obsessed with touhou music and interested in the games!
I loved the pure piano part of the original theme, and somehow I ended up loving it more in the piano arrange. So passionate, just as impressive as always!
Please do some Seihou project arrange for the next video, whatever like Silk Road Alice, Dichromatic Lotus Buterfly or Disastrous Gemini.

@@Darkusaido Oh, of course. While Touhou is definitely a huge part of the channel, games ike Undertale or Deltarune are still a big interest of mine. I am patiently waiting for the new Deltarune chapters to come out, for example. I plan on covering those as soon as they're released :)

It's quite difficult to convey zunpet feeling to piano, but you do it pretty well, if marasy's cover of this theme is 100 then your should be around 80.

Yo i wanna ask, how do you get such a quality audio while recording?
I record audio directly through my digital keyboard, then I sync said audio to video :) This way I don't have to worry about external noise.
Basically you guys are hearing the same sound I hear on my headphones while playing :)

@@Darkusaido Yep! I'm pretty sure even older Yamaha models can record your performances, but if you plan to transfer songs to PC and make a file audio out of it, then yeah you're gonna have to buy a newer one I think

"Dream Land" from LLS has always been one of my favorites. I really want to cover that one in particular, since there aren't many arrangements :)

So im super glad to hear that as a youtuber who might choose to play more popular songs for obvious reasons you plan on covering more obscure songs as well. Ill be the first one there when you choose to cover a song from an album/a pc 98 song!!! 🫶🫶🫶
