I officially can not STAND the defense team. I’ve never ever heard so many ridiculous objections. They sound like petulant children. AND this FBI lady is awesome and she handles the defense so well, totally unfazed by his extreme rudeness.
I think he has a sneaking suspicion that his client isn’t going to be walking out of the courthouse at the end of the trial and is looking toward the appeal(s). Preserving his objections. It certainly doesn’t play well to the jury though. He’s objecting so much that they may begin to feel he’s trying to hide something from them. Just guessing....
This defense attorney is so stupid… Does he really think that Redwine would have gone into the office with blood on his clothes or his hands? That is the dumbest Question I’ve ever heard!
Like the stupid question he asked the dog handler if there was a pail with a bloody mop. To be as bad as he's been so far I'd would hope this is one of his first trials. I understand he can only work with what he has. He comes off so desperate though. Non stop objections and complaining that he's turned down on. The Jury must be getting tired of him.
This is super annoying but one of those things that defense attorneys do when there just ISN’T anything else to say. They feel like they have to do the obvious. 🙄
You can see photos by googling trial and exhibits. Be warned it contains graphic images. I just looked at numbers to see what was on screen in courtroom.
the judge is wrong, he is directing witness to go beyond yes/no answers by defence questions. very unfair. he has sided too heavily with prosecution on every objection. and no im not rooting for defence, just commenting on judges bias.

@@Gambler77713 unfortunately he gives a perfect appeal opportunity for ineffective counsel
@@theclawsoncrew13 same thing I was thinking 🤔

the defence sound so desperate they are doing the opposite to put doubt in my mind…..
Why does this man get a defense team as opposed to a single defender?
The Defense is not helping their client’s case at all.
I think Mark Redwine always looks unkempt.
It would be nice if we could see the photos. For instants was Dylan’s bed made? Did it look like it had even been slept in!? Probably not.
He usually slept on the couch.

Regardless of the facts in this case. imo that united pipeline guy is a liar, body language says it all ! 🤥and exceptionally cocky 🙄
Sean doesn't remember sh!t🤦♀️
Right? I am pretty sure I would remember being interviewed in a homicide case!
This defense atty wastes so much time going down worthless rabbit holes. Again accusing the reports were written wrong.
