I changed the filter and it leaks! Am I missing something. I see one o ring on each stem of the filter. Is there another o ring inside the machine where the filter connects?

In my case there is no warning sign to replace filter but to clean filter after only a short interval of usage what is the problem my filter?

Hi, you will just wait your machine to do that. It will automatically do that, depends on how much water you use.
After 1500 gallons of use , it will verbally notify you for filter replacement.
What do you do with the old filter? How do you recycle it.

Hi Joel: I’m having trouble removing the old filter. I can’t turn the ring over clockwise to bring it up, as you did in your video. Yours seems to “click”over to the left and then you are able to remove it. Mine won’t click in order to let me lift up the ring... so frustrating. Do you have any suggestions? I have the same filter as yours
Please ignore. With guidance from a distributor over WhatsApp I was able to remove the ring - pressed the filter down (as you showed) and pushed the ring HARD clockwise . Didn’t realize needed to be that hard as I didn’t want to damage such an expensive machine. Thanks for your video - it’s great!

How to order it and what's the price of the filter
It’s better to switch off power first before you replace the filter because after filter replaced, you need to release some greyish water ( from the new filter) first before you use Kangen Water again.

Eliminate the background music and talk through the video and tell peoples the steps and you are supposed to have your machine off when replacing your filter
