The audio is fine mate. No problems at all.
I can’t seem to find Imacasa machetes in Australia. I’ve seen Joe Flowers use them and speak highly of them.
The Rozador looks like my 15” Tramontina bolo machete. It’s a chonky beast too.

These are made in El Salvador 🇸🇻. They also make some blades for cutting down sugar cane. Same ones my dad used when he was a kid and working in the sugar cane fields. We have one of these machetes that is older than me! It’s all rusty and chipped but I’ve sharpened it and it’s still kicking and great for cutting down brush around the house.

I picked up one recently myself. My handle was made from cedar. Very nice aroma. Didn’t notice any roughness while chopping.
It came with a nicely defined edge and is pretty hard. Sharpening took a bit longer than expected. Extremely rigid for a blade that tapers down to only 1mm thickness.

I’ve been using mine for a week now and it’s growing on me. Took a rasp to the handle to fix that problem and she’s a good working tool!

@@soloproject99that's actually the intention. They make the handles extra chunky because it's the custom where they're sold for the customer to shape the handle to fix their hand.

Awesome videos! I stumbled upon your vids in my Machete Phase of the yr. I really like that you work the blades and give us some insight on cheaper Machetes. Keep pumping out Machete Vids!

Not bad. Like you said its a little soft but better a little soft than brittle.

That’s right brother! The color of the blade looks like a 500 to 700° tempering. Might be a little soft but definitely isn’t going to snap or not be able to be serviced.
