Heya thank you! The sprint skill you're thinking of is called Quick Chase, and is an activated buff that increases your sprint speed with your weapon out by 10% and makes it cost no stamina for the duration of the buff. I hope to make more in the future!
Fantastic and easy video to follow! I saw this right away to help me learn Ninja. Don't know if this was mentioned, but you can also cancel Ankle Cuttter with Fatal Blow, Ghost's Greeting, or Shadow Slash. You can cancel Fatal Blow out of Shadow Slash too. My personal favorite combos are: Shadow Slash > Fatal Blow/Combo > Ankle Cutter > Crescent Slash > Fox Claw > Shiruken: Malice for damage and if I need to be really mobile, I'll use Ghost Step/Ninja Step > Ghost's Greeting > Ankle Cutter > Crescent Slash > Fox Claw > Shiruken: Malice
Great tips, was trying to figure out how to use that insta invis :) Also I prefer Shuriken Flight (S+Q) into Shadow Stomp (S+E) a lot more over RMB into Shadow Stomp, the damage difference is quite large and Shuriken Flight floats in an AoE all around you which is nice.
s+e, turn camera, space(must be in about 0.5s after s+e), s+f, shift+rmb, e, black moonlight, Tendon Cutter for kuno/Beheading for ninja, a/d+lmb, space x2, s+f and repeat Easy stunlock for pre awak when mastered
Heyo! I have only heard rumors and such like most people, but I don't imagine it being boring to play since it requires you to switch back and forth from awakening to shortsword very often. It's going to be difficult to master it's potential since we need a lot of the CC that our shortsword gives us. We won't really know until we play it! :)
The rumors are by randoms and not many know how to play the awakening class. Many of the awakening videos you see are by bad ninjas and do not utilize the class effectively. There are only a few that showcase its potential and it's not as bad as every one says it is
Yo, I want to know your opinion about who is better in 1vs1 and 1vs2 Sorc or Ninja and why. I mean I love them both and tbh what I like the most is high mobility Iframes and burst.
Ninja beats sorc. Ninjas are sorc counters and can dodge all of their skills. However, sorcs do have a really high burst, one kd and high ap combo will one shot. Iframes on sorc are good but use alot of stamina so you will have to use them wisely. Ninjas are faster, mobile and have high accuracy and cc.
Ok I need to know this, after you watch the korean trailer for the Ninja, it looks like the ground stomp is different than the NA/EU version as the Ninja does it and is kneeling, while the korean version he stands straight up. that is the jump in the air, double jump and them the Down atk. watch the korean trailer and he seems to be doing it and even jumping off the mobs into a ground stomp... can you please confirm this? thanks.
I'll have to test this a bit, but I believe we can jump off of mobs using double jump. In the video the ninja also kneels when doing the ground-pound move, so I believe we have the same versions. I don't see why we would have different versions.
Do you mean that Shuriken Throw or the ability after Ninjutsu: Shadow Stomp? Kunoichi doesn't have that Shuriken Throw but they have the ability Ninjutsu: Shadow Stomp. What you'd do is after pressing S+E to use Ninjutsu Shadow Stomp you then press SPACE bar to cast out the next attack.
Goodvibesguy Hey, I just shifted from my warrior to a new ninja. Atm I'm using my warrior's Aegis armor in order to grind well. What armor/weapon do you recommend for softcap? Thanks
Hey there! I'd recommend full Grunil until boss gear, and a Liverto with Accuracy offhand (AP offhand with Bheg's). For leveling until 56~, any armor/weapon is fine, but for later, use the aforementioned equipment.
This is what I've been looking for. Most of what I see from the results are either awakening guides or kunoichi guides. I know them kunos are cute and all but goddamn....ninjas need some help too.
Hey there, I wouldn't worry too much about which skills to pick for PVE, since eventually you can get them all. Additionally, before you hit level 56 you can reset your skills at any time, so pick the ones you like using the most!
Actually, I would discourage any 3rd party program use in this game, even for macros. Their security software seems to flag them and could break their ToS.
It's under the Protanomaly color blind setting at the very bottom of the 'Screen' section in Settings. It changes other things too though like your health and mana bars.
Personally I like the idea of it. I haven't researched much into it because a lot can and probably will change by the time we get it in our version. I will have to see for myself if I like it or not. Since supposedly we still use our shortsword quite often, I don't expect it to be boring. If anything, it will be a challenge to master using it appropriately.
you press s+f>target falls down>you press shift+lmb>target is still down and gets debuff>you press s+lmb>throw up DOES NOT happen after knockdown, so target escapes>but you press shift+rmb to stun, which is also cancelled after knock down. so you got no down attack on standing target, no damage on blinking target, and if you are still not under cc effect, you press q, but you still got cancelled stun also. so you just got all your finisher cooldowns screwed up, and if you are still alive, would you try to hit backstabs now? good luck bro. no disrespect or smth.
This is almost a year old. Is this outdated? No matter how fast I do this, there is no animation canceling. I'm either using one skill after another, or one skill doesn't happen at all. Patched, I'm assuming? All of these youtube videos and info I find online are about this old as well.
Nope! Still very much applicable. The timings are difficult though, and your attack speed will affect the timing of it. Keep practicing, and instead of mashing as fast as possible, you might have to actually slow down slightly. For example, in Combo A (Ankle Cutter->Crescent Slash->Fox Claw), if you do it too fast, you will skip Crescent Slash and go straight to Fox Claw. You have to make sure you hold S and Right Click long enough for the Crescent Slash animation to go off before you hit Fox Claw.
Goodvibesguy Ohhhh, okay. Awesome! I'll keep trying. I was worried I was wasting my time lmao. Quick reply, too. Thanks a bunch and also for the great vids.
The starting animation is canceled by doing the Shuriken Throw first and then followed by Shadow Stomp soon after. This can also be accomplished by using Floor Sweep instead of Shuriken Throw but Shurken Throw is preferred because it doesn't require any resource to do and it's faster. It also looks cooler because it looks like you're teleporting to the shuriken like a ninja would =D
I think all the classes need some tweaking honestly. It's hard to just say 'buff ninjas' when the real problem is gear scaling and other classes being too strong. I think Ninja is good, but other classes are better at what Ninja is supposed to do. But yeah gimme buffs please ty. =P
is there a skill to heal for ninja? if not what are some options for healing besides the obvious potions ...i really dont want to accept the that these game revolves around gear, levels and to top it off with potions for healing.
Heyo! Sorry for the delayed response. Pre-Awakening has very little sustain. Awakening pretty decent sustain with Katana Shower, Seamless, Drastic Measures, Mach Explosion, Sura Chaos Spree, and our E buff which heals us for 50% almost instantly.
Cc effects don't work like that. Bounds/Bounces lock (gives cc immunity enemies) targets out off floats, and vice versa. If the first cc lands spamming further cc is only effective if the skill gives worthwhile damage, otherwise, you are wasting cooldowns. I would advise swapping crescent slash with shadowstomp and fatal blow with shadow clone, which both do down damage. You can then save your 10 second cooldown for an opportunity for back attacks after they stand up, considering that they will be kd immune for about 4 seconds after standing back up.
One caveat, there seems to be one skill which increases down time, shadow clone after any float, while the target is still airbound will launch the opponent off the ground making their body "bounce", effectively increasing down time of only by .5 seconds.
Ah awesome tips! Thanks for the clarification. I was aware that some CC's override/cancel out others, but I need to look into it more. The reason I thought FS->AC->CS was a good opener was because with immunities, there's a decent chance 1-2 of them will not land, so I figured doing 3 in less than a second would increase the chances that one will land. Assuming someone has 60% resistance (max effective cap in PVP), then it's likely that 1 of the three will land. This is assuming that a resisted CC attempt does not incur the CC lock you're referencing. If you have any other relevant info I'd love to keep chatting/theory crafting about it! (Also, if anything I said was wrong LMK.)
+Goodvibesguy If the reason you open that way is to avoid immunity, then I can't critique that. Personally, I prefer to read the opponent as I go, hitting them with stuns or stiffness (which most people don't build for resisting), if the first to land is a stiffness, I execute 1 skill that doesn't kd followed by a stun (which does stack with a stiffness), then 2-3 skills (because stun durations are generally much longer than stiffness), followed by a kd or preferably a float, a generic down combo regiment and finishing with a grab and another down combo regiment. This lineup means that whenever I pvp someone in my gear range range (ap:190/dp:220) I can usually either 1 or 2 combo kill them (that goes for targets up to 240 dp depending on whether they have high evasion and hp).
can share YOUR fav specific combos maybe? :) ninja newb here. + you said to swap shadow stomp before fox but that wont cancel it. (what full combo u suggest?)
Heyo! I actually JUST sniped Tree armor and now have full boss gear. Currently sitting at 193/267, feel free to check out the Twitch stream to see it all!

Heyo, I've had mixed results with my combos. Sometimes I'm able to get the full combo off up to Fatal Blow and then I grab as they're getting up. Other times they get up earlier. I know the combo uses multiple CC effects which means some go to waste, in my Block Jump>full combo A I use Floor Sweep, Ankle Cutter, and Crescent slash all in a row because they're fast, and 3 different attempts to CC the target. I assume most people have CC resistance, so using all 3 means usually 1 of them will land. It is true if you're quick enough and you can change your combo immediately upon seeing one of the CC's land then that's great and you can get some higher damaging skills in there. That's my thinking and reasoning behind that combo. I wouldn't say it's 100% optimal, but it does the trick most of the time. I appreciate the feedback though and am always open to learning more!
try this one: q>shift+e>s+q>s+e>space>sfift+f>e>shift+lmb>cresent moon(if it's wright english name of the skill - rain of surikens drops on knocked down target). then evade. try to kite 3 or 4 seconds. then q>w+f>smoke screen>space to stealth>3 backstabs>a/d+lmb*2>s+lmb>shift+rmb>shift+lmb>s+f>(w+f if bounce activates)>e>skill when grass grows and should stun. don't know english name. also is a down attack. pretty tuff combo. hard to learn. but if done correctly no one can't stand a chance against ninja. good luck
Fantastic job on this video! I needed this reinforcement that ninjas don't suck.
I must say that is one of the best videos I have seen for any class in this game
Loved this video. Please make more! I saw a video of a ninja using what looked like a sprint? So hard to find indepth guides for ninja!
Heya thank you! The sprint skill you're thinking of is called Quick Chase, and is an activated buff that increases your sprint speed with your weapon out by 10% and makes it cost no stamina for the duration of the buff. I hope to make more in the future!
love it that there is atleast 1 tuber that got a good mic when recording some ninja vids i want to watch =D
Man this really helped me out as a new player! Wish you could make more videos like this dude!
Q > Down + Q > Down + E 5 or so air attacks and stiffness. Large amount of damage and short Cooldown
Really good guide, watched it multiple times
Fantastic and easy video to follow! I saw this right away to help me learn Ninja. Don't know if this was mentioned, but you can also cancel Ankle Cuttter with Fatal Blow, Ghost's Greeting, or Shadow Slash. You can cancel Fatal Blow out of Shadow Slash too. My personal favorite combos are:
Shadow Slash > Fatal Blow/Combo > Ankle Cutter > Crescent Slash > Fox Claw > Shiruken: Malice for damage
and if I need to be really mobile, I'll use Ghost Step/Ninja Step > Ghost's Greeting > Ankle Cutter > Crescent Slash > Fox Claw > Shiruken: Malice
Awesome video. If you ever get the chance to master Maehwa, please make these videos for them too :p
Very good video makes me want to experiment some on my ninja again. Thanks for the tips very nic3 and well put together video
Great vid. Keep 'em coming :)
Thank you so much! =)
Dang, guy. Just got into this game and these are fascinating.
Great tips, was trying to figure out how to use that insta invis :)
Also I prefer Shuriken Flight (S+Q) into Shadow Stomp (S+E) a lot more over RMB into Shadow Stomp, the damage difference is quite large and Shuriken Flight floats in an AoE all around you which is nice.
Nice with some good vibes in this game👍
Nice video, you just made my mind on going ninja!
I'm new been playing for a week now and this was helpful! Thank you for the lesson.
Great video well explained!!
Nice video you deserve a lot more subscribers plus is this game better than world of worcraft because that is the only game I played like this
Amazing job on video and info !!!
Tha k you foe the video.. Really helped me understand the class
This is super helpful, thanks a ton! :)
Thanks! I'm glad it was helpful! =)
I choose ninja to be my class and makes me watch this video for a multiple time... Thanks
I've been playing Ninja wrong for like a whole week.
ive been playing ninja wong for like a month :(
Same !
While using Suicide Fall you can move a bit forward when you press space
s+e, turn camera, space(must be in about 0.5s after s+e), s+f, shift+rmb, e, black moonlight, Tendon Cutter for kuno/Beheading for ninja, a/d+lmb, space x2, s+f and repeat
Easy stunlock for pre awak when mastered
Please make more of these!
noob friendly video! i love it. want more
the ani cancel at 2:10 doesnt work, is this nerfed?
If you cancel fox claw's ending animation with Star Malice It will negate all fox claw damage. So that's a useless animation cancel tbh.
Hi man. Do you something about ninja awakening? I see a lot of ppl saying it is boring to play and I was sad because of it!
Good video!!

I found most of these through experimentation as well as talking and learning from others.
thanks for this vid it was awesome :D
Can u make a guide for the ninja classes?
looks cool , make more :) with some air combos o,o
How do you not hurt your fingers with this class x.x
good video!

How'd you get your black spirit icon blue? never seen that
Heya, it's color blind mode in settings!
Where is the colourblind mode in settings?
It's at the very bottom under 'Screen'.
What's the ability that shoots 3 lines out? I'm on kuno and I was wondering if they had that
Do you mean that Shuriken Throw or the ability after Ninjutsu: Shadow Stomp? Kunoichi doesn't have that Shuriken Throw but they have the ability Ninjutsu: Shadow Stomp. What you'd do is after pressing S+E to use Ninjutsu Shadow Stomp you then press SPACE bar to cast out the next attack.

my fox claw takes all my energy. Did you increase yours by eating food? I am also lvl 50 :)
How do you make black spirit appear blue? Looked for that option, but can't find it anywhere...
It's under color blind mode at the bottom of Screen settings.
nice video for beginners

Hey bro whats that outfit/ gear you are wearing in this video? It looks AWESOME
Heyo it's the Sicarios outfit!
you press s+f>target falls down>you press shift+lmb>target is still down and gets debuff>you press s+lmb>throw up DOES NOT happen after knockdown, so target escapes>but you press shift+rmb to stun, which is also cancelled after knock down. so you got no down attack on standing target, no damage on blinking target, and if you are still not under cc effect, you press q, but you still got cancelled stun also. so you just got all your finisher cooldowns screwed up, and if you are still alive, would you try to hit backstabs now? good luck bro. no disrespect or smth.

Yes ninjas have a Heal skill in awaken at 56
Heyo! Sorry for the delayed response. Pre-Awakening has very little sustain. Awakening pretty decent sustain with Katana Shower, Seamless, Drastic Measures, Mach Explosion, Sura Chaos Spree, and our E buff which heals us for 50% almost instantly.
wanna share your skill calculator?

+ you said to swap shadow stomp before fox but that wont cancel it. (what full combo u suggest?)
so would you consider yourself a copycat ninja?
What is your gear ?
Heyo! I actually JUST sniped Tree armor and now have full boss gear. Currently sitting at 193/267, feel free to check out the Twitch stream to see it all!
Thankx you ^^ i will check your channel
How do you have 300 WP at level 56?
Heyo! I can't remember, but I'm pretty sure I used a combination of Roccoba and Taritas Armors for extra WP. As well as Blue Coral Earrings. Make sure you're eating food every 30minute cool down as well to level up your health.
how to change the color of BS?
Heyo! Color blind mode in settings!
Is it true that the game is Pay2Win? I just bought it today and still downloading it. (40gb/0.68mb sec -.-) But i would hate to see that its Pay2Win.
You can turn real money into gold very easily but they are constantly making the power gap smaller. Once, the p2w people spend all their money they make all the rare drops more common and make it easier to upgrade gear. If you plan on playing this for more than a month, expect to pay another $100 at least for convenience items (bag space, pets, carry weight, etc.)
Alright chill with the best gear for "120" mil it goes for 2b+
hey people I recently made a Ninja and am enjoying the class though I wish I had a Ninja mentor and sparring partners. I play on the UNO server. get at me anytime with tips and tricks. stop stealing my combos pls
whoops wrong video comment haha ignore it here
BASIC TIP FOR NINJA play female ninja because the game is ovvned by FEMINIST... bitch.
amazing vid, thanks for all the combo you showed, I would like to know how did you find those?

try this one: q>shift+e>s+q>s+e>space>sfift+f>e>shift+lmb>cresent moon(if it's wright english name of the skill - rain of surikens drops on knocked down target).
then evade. try to kite 3 or 4 seconds. then q>w+f>smoke screen>space to stealth>3 backstabs>a/d+lmb*2>s+lmb>shift+rmb>shift+lmb>s+f>(w+f if bounce activates)>e>skill when grass grows and should stun. don't know english name. also is a down attack.
pretty tuff combo. hard to learn. but if done correctly no one can't stand a chance against ninja. good luck
