Thanks Mikkel. Great Instructions. Spent the afternoon giving it a go. 😁
Great to hear!
Making closed forms is a great challenge but lots of fun. I enjoy making them
It really is!
Thank you Mikkel, partly for the unintentional demonstration of what can happen and how to save it. I’ve just begun to get to grips with one piece jars and I love using glass. I’d love to see the finished piece please.
Thanks. I will show :-)
This gave me so much comfort I've made a few continuous lidded jars. Sometimes I can tell when it's about to collapse and sometimes I can't. I thought I got the hang of it and I crashed 2 times today trying to pull it in. Sigh
Thanks. Just keep practicing :-)
Very beautiful. Thanks
Thanks 🙏
These came out beautifully! Please can you show us next time when they are glazed and fired? I would love to see them with the glass in the lid. Very interesting technique and beautiful work as always. Thank you!
Thanks. I will :-)
thank you
🙏
Lovely Mikkel, I’m looking forward to the glazing and glass in the lid 😊 I must give them a try but I’m waiting for my supplier to get some smooth white stoneware in, as he’s run out 😭 You could add a knob when the lid is leather hard, I’ve done that on the wheel with my butter dishes 😊
🙏❤️
