Critical mistake if u want to create a big scene is to go into details like ACs and wires. It counts the poly up really fast, only go into details if they are closed to the camera or it's the main ground or something ur characters can interact with.

This is also beyond good for creating games, the triangle counts are usually below 5-10 thousand, not too bad.

It looks bad, creating 4 duplicate sides, very bad effect.
    The better method is this.
    1. Create a large rectangle the size of an apartment building.
    2. Apply a box UV map with the texture applied to all 4 sides.
    3. Create edges around windows and extrude with a negative value.
    4. Select all windows, give them a different material ID.
    5. Apply multi-sub object material, for the material associated with the windows apply glossy reflection, and for the regular part of the building retain low gloss.
