    The bean dip looks delicious Carrie. I can see myself dunking potato wedges in that. 👌🏻 Butter beans are definitely my favourite, so grateful I don't need to limit to 1/4 cup anymore. 🙏

    almost identical to my daily breakfast....i do use almond milk instead of water and it gives it a creamier taste

    Hey, as an idea have you thought about adding the calories of each meal? I feel like I will struggle to get enough calories on a low fodmap vegan diet so I think this would be beneficial

    Does low FODMAP really help you? I tried it for months and it helped in the beginning but I slowly started realising that I still can’t eat most of the foods. I finally found a diet that allows me not to be in a constant state of pain, but it is so restrictive that it’s somewhat impossible to do. All I can eat is rice, olives, mushrooms and cucumber and two or three other things. As you can imagine it is a really unhealthy diet to follow but I am in a constant state of depression because of the pain and the discomfort to a degree that I am thinking about really bad things. So after almost a year of only eating that I lost so much weight that I had to start eating „normal“ again. I am really desperate and don’t know what to do anymore. Sorry you probably can’t help either I just had to get rid of this and idk whom to talk to because everyone is just so indifferent. Not that I judge them I know that they usually just can’t relate

    You're always stunning! 😍 This looks delicious but I would prefer to not go out after eating it cause beans make me fart like crazy! 😅 I know that you find farts funny, so if you would invite me to eat this at your home I would come! 😅😍 My farts are loud but not stinky, so they aren't even a bit annoying and you would also laugh a lot to my "fart concert" then! 😅
