How to travel from Istanbul Airport to Sabiha Gokcen Airport by metro for just $4

In this video I travel from Russia to Switzerland via Turkey. I fly from Samara Kurumoch Airport (KUF) to Istanbul Airport (IST). Then, I travel by underground and ferry to Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW). Overall, it takes 3.5 hours and I pay only 100 TL ($3.33).
I think you will not need to purchase Istanbulkart anymore (it costs 70 TL / $2.30 as of 15.01.2024). If you have a Mastercard just touch in and go!

Important update: The U1/M11 metro from the Airport has been extended to Gayrettepe, which enables passengers to directly transfer to the M2 line to Taksim and beyond, as well as the Metrobus. No need to exit in Kagithane anymore, unless you want to reach destinations along the M7 line.

You supposed to use Metrobus line from Mecidiyeköy to Uzuncayır station. If it is not rush hour metrobus is pretty convenient.

Is there a video on how and where to get the Istanbul card in the airport as well as how to find the bus. Ill have a shorter connection, so hoped to hop on the shuttle bus straight to SAW airport

The Sözcütepe station of the Istanbul airport line has been opened. You can take the M2 from there.
