that's because your not investing in your material .. if you are serious and you have a company you need to invest in a 10k + computer .. my realtime in 3dsmax is flawless and i can even do it with displacement .. caustics .. and even depth blur without any slowdowns .. proxies etc ..
@@faze0ne844 the Fuck you talking about. I use both and other rendering software too. You just don't use them for the same thing. When you have to send a Quick render asked at last minute by your client , Enscape is the way to go. But maybe you miss that part.
Don't talk about "being serious" when you have no clue who you are talking too or the way i work.
Be less condescending could be a good start to share your "knowledge".

D5 render is the best of both worlds. quality and extremely fast speed ! I used to use enscape and lumion but will never be looking back now

im trying to switch from Enscape to D5 but i find it difficult to update my 3d model while having the d5 windows render open , i need to click sync and wait everytime i do something , does that affect your workflow ? basically im leaving enscape due to lack of moving assets
@@jeronimoloboponticelli7049 what program do you do your base modeling in? Some programs have live sync to D5 and other programs you have to hit the refresh button . I work in Revit for work , so I usually have to hit a refresh button for my D5 to get updated. Plants and assets I usually place in D5 so it’s a pretty fast process for me .
Chaos Vantage is my choice

Dude, we're talking super ultra photorealistic rendering here, not some cartoony kinda stuff. Vray with Max is just the absolute best. My opinion.
yes and todays pc are very fast in vray, there is no reason to keep doing renders in low quality programs.
Actually there are other softwares that produce similar photorealistic qualities with less effort, such as twinmotion when you use its path tracing option or d5 render

Enscape gives the same Rendering quality as Vray if u get the materials from the right place
If you are an architect or into design & build services, Enscape would make more sense because of the faster render times, especially if you have to deal with revisions. Vray is more those who want to pursue cg and visualization. I was a Vray power user, but I shift focus into contracting, and Enscape has saved me hours of render times. I still do miss the full control but I can't stand the render time anymore.

For product design most will be fine with keyshot. I personally go for v-ray but many of my colleagues swear by keyshot and their results are nothing to be shy about.
Totally agree. Me and my fiancé have a design and build company and Enscape literally saved us so much time that we're earning more because of the quicker output.
Vray if you have time, enscape if you don't.

im not an endorser but also an architect i must suggest twinmotion to u. its free so its not somekind of big investment but u get quality close to unreal engine 5 with its tech. just need a beefy pc but most render engine needs them
Honestly, the VRAY look n feel quality is superior IMO.

As an architecture student, Enscape is just perfect use for me, it doesn't need much render time. Only 10sec. - 30sec. render time with max settings. I only have RTX 2070 GPU
try D5 for better bro
I'm a vray , corona 3dsmax user....but D5 render if you want fast renders with a good look is the best solution.....much better than enscape

I think vray is kind of too tedious in our ever busy world,were designs are needed ASAP.I think enscape,lumion etc offer better value considering time constraints.
Exactly! I've been using Lumion for a while now but I recently moved to D5, best of both worlds imo, renders really fast with a good quality as well.

Yeah I felt the same way. V-ray was a bit too much work for such little promise. I felt a bit better about enscape for productivity’s sake. However twinmotion and Lumion has been the best of both worlds with my workflow
I'm not even doing anything, imported the model into blender, opened the lighting and textures and it looks like a final render. I am a Maya user and it takes a shit ton of time to make the rig look even close to how Blender default lighting passively make it look

2 totally different quality levels. If the client is happy with Enscape, you deserve each other.
this change my life. after this i install enscape and get free from hard, paining vray
they both come from chaos group to they do not care what you pick, they always win at high prices. #unicornrender is easier then v-ray, like Enscape, but offers high-end physical rendering.
It depend of quantity of polygons in project also, but I prefer enscape than V.ray, but V.ray can be also useful.

Unless you actually work on a archviz based studio or price well (or fair) your rendering work it's a waste of time and effort, as long as your client understands the space, materials and dimensions there's no need for an ultra photorealistic render cause they just create a fake sense of reality and unreachable expectations
And in the end somehow disappoints the Client 😝
enscape is perfect for architecture, cause alot of the time, you dont need too realistic render :))

I have just started with Enscape... Used VRay for a decade and never understood how it really works
I used to use Enscape, but ever since i learned Vray, my workflow has completely changed to the point that i cant no longer go back. In vray, i can control the rendering output in a more detailed manner, and that kind of control makes me have no interest in going back to enscape 😂
Not false, but the face the client makes sometimes to a Lumion, Enscape or Twinmotion render, when they are used to see epic V-Ray renders...

I tried both.. Depends on the quality you are trying to produce. Vray is no pain no gain type.. outstanding photo realism, accurate lights algorithms etc. but you spend more time & money, thus no pain no gain lol😅 Other faster ones like Lumion & Enscape are for those who rush.. well, the time we live in now seems everyone on rush. If you present an architectural render for example on tight deadline, and the time you save from render speed can simply mean you have more time on post production (Photoshop), you might be able to achieve nearly similar quality as that from VRay.. so it will boil down to the post processing skills. Very seldom that your client will ask or notice if light & shadows & materiality are scientifically precise? No, they’ll usually just scribble markups on your precious art lol 😂.
But If I have animation requirements on rush, Enscape & Lumion hands down super fast.
The struggle is real, that's why I using Lumion

I’ve switched from Lumion to D5 and will never look back ! The quality is night and day . I think it competes with vray and corona render and does it real-time
lately this desire to create the most photorealistic render is just to stroke their ego, not to show good projects
I once had to do a project in university and my laptop just gave up on rendering… so I had to use photoshop 🗿 Im still in shock that it worked.

trueee the moment i was introduced to enscape I dropped vray so fast , it's was giving me serious anger issues lmao
I have a client need to revise the render that came from the D5 and enscape shift into Vray that the main issue D5& enscape cannot render looks like the reference image about 85% but Vray render looks like the same as per reference about 99% look a like but the Render time not too much long it depends how you set-up the lighting, vray settings and camera set- up also. That's why until now I'm still using Vray in 18yrs. Existence.
Vray is the absolute best when it comes to quality, but when it comes to speed its not it. Lumion and Enscape dominate in terms of speed and thats why theyre my personal go-to rendering soft
I prefer Unreal engine, yes its a little complicated at first, but if you know just a little thing (you don't need to learn allot if you in Arch viz, if is it gaming than its another thing) here and there the result could me amazing

That is why someone earns upper $88k with Vray, and Corona in 3dsmax in a year while Twinmotion and Enscape users make fast as low principal renders for there shall- rush clients with earn $55k in a year.

Enscap render quickly... on the another hand v-ray render more realst and it have lots of light element and lots of customization available for material
vray for interior render is really good for begginer but time is only the enemy , but its worth it

Completely misleading. This video maker does not understand the usage of both softwares. For the most haptic materials in a project, Vray can present the feeling very well. But for the standard project, enscape is totally enough.

Enscape isn't good at exterior renderings..but it's the best and fastest option for interiors.
I know how to render using enscape very well, my archviz friends doubt it is done on lumion.

Had experience with clients that can't even tell the difference between the two and also those that care more about cost-efficiency/time efficiency more-so than quality since what they're looking for is general look and feel of the archviz
HI GUYS, I read comments and so far never saw anyone wrote Lumion? I've been away for 5 years from rendering architectectural works (i use 3ds max, vray and lumion for quicky). any suggestion for good render machine that most common and still in demand or in the business pipeline?
