The Great Power War depends on 2 Major aspects
1. Nuclear Power
2. Soft technology War(Hacking Govt Data)
Today every country should try to positively use these major technologies for wellness of human being, for example nuclear Power can be used for various energy projects and soft power could be used to automate the major manual work and many more.
Arsenal developed for war should be very limited and law should be control this world wide so that stronger countries cannot threat weaker ones.
