What's your take of an insurance company actually sending someone ELSE'S insurance information via USPS mail inside an envelope mailed out to YOUR address? Inside the envelope included details about your benefits but again, it ALSO included FULL documents/report of someone else as well.

Never said anything about a patient, but how I was upset of that I got in trouble for being told I didnt do my job it feels more like my privacy is breach not the other way around? What do I do?

Would this be a HIPAA violation since they are posting their own information publicly?

Yes it is.... bcuz they didn't get written consent from the resident or the resident's family. So yes it's a violation
