Excellent gear pair! I would recommend the air pump for the sleep mattress. Those two go very well together. Another would be the "welcome mat" from Hilltop packs and your cook system. Easy to organize items by the campfire.
Dirty Girl Gaiters. Pair em with my trail runners. Helps my socks and feet last longer by keeping dirt, sand, mud, gravel, twigs and the occasional clump of Texas cow poop out.
Puffy skirt is an alternative! Pairs well with leggings. I find that cold doesn’t escape very much through my legs, so the puffy skirt is less material to pack and just as effective!
For cold weather sleeping - 2 pairs of loose socks & hand warmers. Put on both pairs of socks with the hand warmers between them. I like having the warmers in the arch of my sole. I know there are toe warmers with a sticky backing but, I find the hand warmers seem to last longer.
I had never considered bringing a table until a couple of trips ago, and one of my friends had one while we were in a rainstorm. It was glorious to have. I’ll have to invest in one.
@@sheilasunshine9173 I saw one, I think on Paul Messner's channel, that looked like it was made from that corrugated plastic, like what those totes the Post Office uses are made from. I suspect that's a lot cheaper than $80.
In the warmer months, i love to do my hang time hook with my power bank and use bendy neck fan. It pulls very minimal power, but i can run it all night for 4-5 day trip with a 20,000 milamp bank and have plenty to charge my phone and head lamp. It makes all the difference!
Bidet gets the majority of stuff off, then following up with a little TP for final cleanup works for me. I'm not sold on the bidet and no TP cleanup after using like my bare hand like some do. I def use less TP this way and get cleaner.
@@JeremiahStringer Always in my ditty bag now. I think I got like a five pack of Amazon for cheap and gave a few to friends too. Super useful. Especially if you super charger it with a flextail pump! 😂
Definitely the chair and insulated pad for cold weather. Did I see some clips from the gorge last weekend? I briefly met you guys at Courthouse Rock last weekend on the stairs. I stumbled upon the other guys in your group the previous night at Star Gap Arch, and Mr. Backpacking With Jason gave us a good tip on a campsite. It was great to see your group out last weekend, and thanks for saying hi! -Aaron (guy wearing Pirates hat lol)
Hey Aaron, what’s up?! It was great to meet you. The guys told me that they had ran into you the day before. I’m glad our paths crossed. Yeah the chair and the pad worked perfectly together.
The buff over your pillow is great. Every time i backpack, all i can think of is how i cant clean my pillow. I have a nemo something or other thats amazing. Wish there was a washable case thats light as a feather.
Coffee and whisky
Lol the ultimate combo

Yours looked pretty cool
Well done! Crow
Thanks Crow :D

Those things are awesome! Love that there are so many options. Really let you express what you like.
Puffy pants for the win!! Great video Jeremiah!
Thank you. Yes, they are really warm!

@yuliyanikiforets totally agree w that. I wear shorts till near freezing temps often. Lol
I use the Hardside Hydration system with my nalgene. I love it for hikes/backpacks!
That’s a great set up
Pro tip (not coming from a pro) you can get an elastic strap to put through your buff to hold your pillow in place all night. 🤙
I think I lost mine

Now you are a man who knows how to stay warm.
I love LMNT!! I pair Ramen noodles (no flavor pack) with Lipton soup mix. 🦑
I should probably try that combo
I’m wanting the big chair from Helinox.
You won’t be sorry lol
With my chair I carry a small beach table from Trekology.

@@JeremiahStringer It's nice not having to cook in the dirt and having a place to put your stuff.
I am considering the cascade wild table, cheap and lightweight. I don’t wanna pay 80 for the trekology but it’s pretty and I bet it holds up well!

You got that right
Question: Do you rub with your hand while spraying the bidet? Or is water pressure alone enough?
Water alone is enough
so now you walk around with a wet ass, makes sense @@sheilasunshine9173
@@jerryg957 that's why Jeremiah suggested drying off with some TP. (Still not sold on bidets, though)

I typically just spray, and then either Pat or wipe dry with toilet paper
B Roll... Helionox big chair is a must.
Oh, you know that things comfy lol
I use a lot of the ones mentioned here as well. I'll add a pocket bellow and fire starter. Help get that fire hot and from going out easy.
I really have to buy me one of those pocket Bellows

A washable case is not a bad idea. Could be a business that you start and sell.
Can’t get out without firestarter and hatchet 👌👌
Heavy but effective for me
