I've got many years behind me (80+) but am VERY observant (a portrait artist) and only know ONE person that has had elective plastic surgery ...... and that was for medical-preventive reasons. It's very sad to think that so many (in the 'public eye') are undergoing these drastic operations to change their 'appearance' !!! Is THAT what 'life' is all about ??? Are people so obsessed with their visual beauty or lack thereof ??? WHO decides what IS 'beautiful' ~ or not ? It is historically recorded that Jesus was not 'nice looking' ! BUT his love for us determined what He was = He suffered unspeakably painful wounds to pay the punishment for our sins ~ He looked pretty ugly hanging on that bloody cross for you and me ....... but His love for US caused Him to offer His perfectly innocent self so we could enjoy a beautiful eternity in Heaven with Him our Savior. Isn't our selfish, self-absorbed, egotistical pride uglier than any face ??? I've known disfigured poor people who are loving and truly a joy to be with!
re: Tori’s rhinoplasty done as a teen. When my own nose was damaged after several sports injuries as a kid and teen, the plastic surgeon refused to do rhinoplasty until I turned minimum 18 yo. He said it was not a good idea due to me still growing. Even then, he did the deviated septum repair first, and had me come back for the rest when I was 20 yo. I’m feeling grateful he had good judgement.

Yes. Good call. Some of it is dental changes. Before good dental care technology, there was an old wives saying of ‘lose one tooth for every baby’. I think the jaw bone/teeth are affected by pregnancy hormone changes.
Yeah, it looks to me like Tori eliminated every trace of those subtle changes we see in a Mom’s face and body. I would argue those changes are what makes an older woman extra beautiful. Chasing perfection is just not possible, but it certainly makes interesting UA-cam videos. And kudos to everyone who does the best with whatever reality has gifted or cursed them with. Guys, as we age we see changes that we wish to improve. People can be happy with their appearance in their 20’s, 30’s, and even into the early 40’s. But with the loss of collagen the face changes. So it’s not just whether or not one thinks they were blessed with good looks, it’s also the attempt to fight natural aging.
Tori has never been the prettiest. I consider her to be average, like myself, so no shade. With that said she was herself and unique and there was beauty in that, now she just looks like everyone else, but still not what I think she was trying to achieve. It's kind of sad. Her mom was an asshole and never should have said those things to her. There was nothing wrong with her.

If you have a large enough computer monitor or screen with HD, (I have a 4K/27 inch) you will see at the 3:00 minute mark, Tori's face looks absolutely ghoulish without the photo retouching. Her upper and lower lip appear to be healing badly with a necrosis (dead tissue) spot in the middle from being split or cut right through the middle. What could have happened to her? Was she assaulted? Or, was this a result of injecting her lips so much that the skin split open and got infected? Tori's cheeks, chin and lips are badly overfilled with fat or synthetic fillers, making her facial skin look thick, lumpy and overstretched. Her terribly twisted, over-widened and damaged nose is just unacceptable with today's surgical techniques. I'm sure she hired the most $$ Beverly Hills surgeon(s) to improve her appearance, but instead she looks like a bad reconstruction after a face-smashing car accident. In the video, Tori claims people say her 'skin looks flawless' and that it is because of 'exosomes'. Nope. Tori your skin looks a mess and your plastic surgery and heavy makeup and airbrushing is ridiculous. The cloyingly exuberent male interviewer is going along with Tori's propaganda that she looks 'young', & 'flawless' and it is all because of 'the exosomes'. Why Dr. Motykie didn't mention the terrible lip wound, twisted, crooked nose, and completely over-filled face is disappointing. He doesn't want to offend the Hollywood crowd who make up a lot of his clientele, I'm sure. Tabloids have said how Tori and hubby burned through enormous amounts of money from Daddy's inheritance, and Mommy cut her off for a time.
