Any tips for getting the press to handstand with the hands on a higher position? My press on the ground is pretty good, but it still feels impossible to press up when my hands are on a table for example

Working on the against the wall eccentric for a week now and can feel the progress :) I’m keen to try the “on the floor” this afternoon.
For the concentric against the wall, I feel I’m really having to power through (push against wall). Is this a mobility issue?
Yes, normally mobility is the key to get into the start position (hip on top of hands)
@@PaulTwyman would it also help if I was to move a little further away from the wall? Could the wall be in the way?
@@nikkofundano8436 yes definitely, just watch the wrists, turn hands out if needed
