Jain Rasam Vada Recipe in Hindi | जैन रसम वड़ा रेसिपी | Jain Rasama Powder Recipe
Please see ingredients below:-
For Rasam Masala Powder:-
1. 1 tsp Oil
2. 2 Tbsp Chick Peas Split
3. 2 Tbsp Red Gram (Pigeon Peas)
4. 2.5 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
5. 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
6. 1 Tbsp Black Peppercorn
7. 1/2 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds
8. 8-10 Dry Red Kashmiri Chilly
9. 10-12 Curry Leaves
10. 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
11. 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
For Tomato Rasam :
1. 2 Tbsp Oil
2. 1 Tbsp Urad dal (White Lentil)
3. 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly
4. 5-6 Curry Leaves
5. 1/2 Tsp Dry Ginger Powder
6. Chopped Coriander Leaves
7. 3 Finely Chopped Tomatoes (2 Cup)
8. 1.5 Tsp Salt
9. 2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
10. 2.5 Tbsp Rasam masala Powder
11. 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
12. 2 Tbsp Tamarind Pulp
13. 4 Cup Water
14. 1 Tsp Oil
15. 1.5 Tsp Black Mustard Seeds
16. 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
17. 5-6 Curry Leaves
For Vada :-
1. 3 Cup Urad dal (White Lentil)
2. 1 Tbsp Salt
3. 1 Tsp Dry Ginger Powder
4. 2 Tbsp Chopped Green Chilly
5. 1/2 Cup finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
6. Oil For Fry
(हिंदी में)
रसम मसाला पाउडर के लिए: -
1. 1 चम्मच तेल
2. 2 बड़े चम्मच चना दाल
3. 2 बड़े चम्मच तुवर दाल
4. 2.5 बड़ा चम्मच धनिया बीज
5. 1 बड़ा चम्मच जीरा
6. 1 बड़ा चम्मच काली मिर्च
7. 1.5 टी स्पून मेथी के बीज
8. 8-10 सूखी लाल कश्मीरी मिर्च
9. 10-12 करी पत्ते
10. 1/4 चम्मच हींग
11. 1/4 टी स्पून हल्दी पाउडर
टमाटर रसम के लिए:-
1. 2 बड़े चम्मच तेल
2. 1 Tbsp उड़द की दाल (सफेद दाल)
3. 2 बारीक कटी हुई हरी मिर्च
4. 5-6 करी पत्ते
5. 1/2 टीस्पून सूखा अदरक पाउडर
6. कटा हुआ हरा धनिया
7. 3 बारीक कटा टमाटर (2 कप)
8. 1.5 चम्मच नमक
9. 2 चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
10. 2.5 बड़ा चम्मच रसम मसाला पाउडर
11. 1/4 चम्मच हींग
12. 2 बड़े चम्मच इमली पल्प
13. 4 कप पानी
14. 1 चम्मच तेल
15. 1.5 टीस्पून काली सरसों के बीज
16. 1/4 चम्मच हींग
17. 5-6 करी पत्ते
वड़ा के लिए: -
1. 3 कप उड़द दाल (सफेद दाल)
2. 2 बड़ी चम्मच सॉल्ट
3. 1 चम्मच सूखी अदरक पाउडर
4. 2 बड़े चम्मच कटी हुई हरी मिर्च
5. 1/2 कप बारीक कटा हरा धनिया
6. तलने के लिए तेल
(ગુજરાતીમાં)
રસમ મસાલા પાવડર માટે: -
1. 1 ચમચી તેલ
2. 2 ચમચી ચણાની દાળ
3. 2 ચમચી તુવેર દાળ
42.5 ચમચી કોથમીર
5. 1 ચમચી જીરું
6. 1 ચમચી કાળા મરી
7. 1.5 ટીસ્પૂન મેથીના દાણા
8. 8-10 સુકા લાલ કાશ્મીરી મરચાં
9. 10-12 કરી પાંદડા
10. 1/4 ચમચી હીંગ
11. 1/4 ટીસ્પૂન હળદર પાવડર
ટામેટા રસમ માટે: -
1. 2 ચમચી તેલ
2. 1 ચમચી ઉરદ દાળ (સફેદ મસૂર)
3. 2 કાપેલા લીલા મરચા
4. 5-6 કરી પાંદડા
5. 1/2 ટીસ્પૂન ડ્રાય આદુ પાવડર
6. કાપેલા ધાણા
7. 3 કાપેલા ટામેટાં (2 કપ)
8. 1.5 ચમચી મીઠું
9. 2 ચમચી કાશ્મીરી લાલ મરચું પાવડર
10. 2.5 ચમચી રસમ મસાલા પાવડર
11. 1/4 ચમચી હીંગ
12. 2 ચમચી આમલીનો પલ્પ
13. 4 કપ પાણી
14. 1 ચમચી તેલ
15. 1.5 ટીસ્પૂન કાળા સરસવના દાણા
16. 1/4 ચમચી હીંગ
17. 5-6 કરી પાંદડા
વાડા માટે: -
1. 3 કપ ઉરદ દાળ (સફેદ મસૂર)
2. 2 ચમચી મીઠું
3. 1 ચમચી સુકા આદુ પાવડર
4. 2 ચમચી કાપેલા લીલા મરચા
5. 1/2 કપ કાપેલા ધાણા
6. ફ્રાયિંગ માટે તેલ
