@@PiotrKoniecznyWikipedian Did you get the cardboard versions of the two new maps? I didn’t test it but I feel that without that extra insert the four map boards would be a tight fit.
You know, the company should have originally made this video, but thank you for doing them a favor. Only found your video because they linked it in an update.
Thank you so much for this explanation. I could not figure out where the four cardboard strips were supposed to go. Your video made such perfect sense.
@@PiotrKoniecznyWikipedian it provides reinforcement so those four cardboard inserts are resting on the plastic insert. Otherwise I suspect if you were to stack anything on top of the box it would have a chance at caving in.
Nice video, thanks! Tip: I use a length of ribbon that goes under the card box to allow me to lift it out without taking out the second-to-the-bottom tray, as, like you, I don't use the bottom tray at all.
I also got the Automa expansion, so I organized somewhat differently: - Under the maps I put everything from the Automa expansion except the cards. The cards went into one of those new card boxes. - I store excess sleeves together with the "card tower"-inserts where you keep the event cards. - All expansion stuff is in the bottom tray, including event cards and milestones and awards. - I used the other card box for all my prelude cards.
Forgive me for being so oblivious, but I haven't followed the Prelude 2 kickstarter. Why would you want extra 3D tiles? Is it for the big 5-player map?
*update*. I’ve added some additional glue dots to the lid inserts, after a few openings some of the inserts fell out.
What's the points of the inserts (extensions)? Everything works (fits) without them. I did not put mine in... why should I? Can something get damaged?

Came looking for just this, as I also couldn't find anything official on a quick search, thank you!

But what is their point? Box closes well without them

Thanks for the helpful video! The tips for successful adhesive application are especially helpful.
Thanks for this. I used the orange box for the Automa cards. Lots of ways you can use the new space!
Thanks for doing this nice little video.
Well, yes. I indeed found it helpful. Thank you VERY much ! :)

thanks! exactly what I needed to confirm if i assembled everything correctly!

That’s a great suggestion, thanks!

@@SFuruli exactly, the larger map needs more tiles if you want to ensure you can cover all of it.

Whoa! How did you make the bottom of that box with the artwork replicated?
As part of the recent Kickstarter you could add the box “extender” which is the middle band which included the artwork already.
Have no idea why your card box is filled from end to end but mine is barely halfway full. I thought I had all the expansions…?
Thick card sleeves double the space requirement compared to unsleeved cards, so that sounds about right.
@@petermaulo8671 Ahhh, got it. I will have to sleeve mine up then. I really have no idea how to organize the cards in the box.
@@AjaxrexxMostly you can use the dividers provided to separate cards by expansion. But we now have some cards that relate to two different expansions…
