happened to be at the Cairns expo today, Sat 11 May 24 and just inside the front gate was the range of Conqueror vans, after looking at a few of them i was introduced to the new uev600 by John, spent 20 mins. looking arround it what a great piece of kit. Will be having a closer look at it later in the year. Seems to be the cream of the crop of the bunch of vans i looked at..Love your work John most impressed with the thought and features that have gone into this van. Ron.

We love our, owned since new (2015), UEV-490 however the 2 things we wish were improved, seem like they have been in the UEV-600 prototype - the permanent bed set-up AND the internal ensuite. It looks like the UEV-600 may just join in the running for our replacement camper. However, not a fan of the cassette toilet - definitely needs to be an option for a composting toilet. We also prefer the option to cook with gas, not just the induction plate - the latest brochure (@ Jun-24) suggests gas is an option though. Will that be in place of the induction (and located in the same spot as the induction currently, or perhaps in the UEV-490 place between the fridge & sink)? The provided lights off the side into the kitchen seem manifestly unsuited in terms of light throw - why not go with something larger? Lastly, definitely not a fan of the awning in the video - those push-up posts will direct water back towards the camper and into the awning bag, if not into the camper in extremely inclement weather. The gap between the front of the camper and the awning roof will definitely mean that water will get onto the fridge. Given this is a prototype design, why not mount it straight off the pop-top roof?
Thanks for the valuable feedback. There will be another awning option coming soon, with cover over the kitchen, and there is certainly a gas option. Stay tuned for more updates.

The new 600 is faithful to Conqueror and is amazing! Great work. Love all the models, the 490 and 19 being my favorites. Absolute fan of the 490.
We love them too! And it’s great to see this new model getting some great feedback, thanks for your feedback

@@conqueroroffroadaus - And ruled out or is/will be an option?
Love the conqueror and proud owner of a 490. It's a beast. The 600 looks awesome too. one minor point...the step may get torn off on departure?
Thanks for your feedback! Yes this is something we’re looking into improving
