Low Signal Issue at service call, you never really know until you test. .. Part 2

The dish only need to be re-peaked. Interesting thing about having a dish aimed over a roof, it picks up additional signal. Often techs will use a certain signal level on their test meter but not actually maximize to full potential. Meaning they stop once they get a certain value on the screen or only adjust left/right on the pole but not the elevation (up/down).
