Hi Matt. If you really want a good vegan cheese from the store try Miyoko's. But you can make a really good vegan cheese sauce that's stretchy with soaked cashews, soy milk, nooch, a dash of ACV or lemon juice lemon juice, and tapioca starch which provides the stretchy once it's cooked. 😊👍
