Pittman is hardly a guy I would panic on. Have your concerns sure but panic that a QB might not feed him the same way is a little much. I don't panic from a QB change. AR could be good, don't have a ton of reason to assume they won't be good together. It's just the unknown. You don't panic from the unknown. Pittman is always catching strays from the dynasty community. Keenan Allen did too.
the word "panicking" is a bit overused for sure, i would say we are playing the market and looking at other options that will give us the same output + more.

I expected the bears to add someone and kmet would be the solid #3 and TD machine and expected his value to go up when it was certain Caleb would be #1 pick. Traded away friermuth and a future likely late 3rd. Didn’t expect them to add 2 studs….

I just moved Devonta Smith & The 1.11 for the 1.02 and 1.10. Snagged Nabers w/ it in 1QB. I agree that Devonta Smith is time to sell... Rather reset on a potential WR1. He's been good, but I need a difference maker, not a flex.
Might wanna hold onto olave for a bit.. kubiak is the new OC coming from the 49ers as the passing game coordinator.. should see a big spike in olaves usage.. if we're high on London cause of Zack Robinson coming over from the Rams as the passing game coordinator, why aren't we feeling the same way about olave who is getting the same upgrade 🤷🏾
I trust Olave as talent but my biggest issue is Derek Carr, The difference with Falcons is they have Kirk Cousins who even last year before his injury was still producing fantasy WRs and Carr really hasn't the past 2 years . Hes not the same QB and Olave at WR11 is a bit high

I don’t think Jacob’s dead cap hit is particularly low for a rb. I think it’s just low compared to other positions especially considering the value of the deal. As a Packer fan I am happy about the deal we got because we can move on at any time.

Pittman had 7 games with at least 8 receptions and no TDS, only ended with 4. Idk how many wr’s Richardson can realistically support but if the offense scores more than they did last year then hell def be able to support at least one, especially in ppr
Potentially but that’s assuming the offense is going to be better (which is very well could be) or that ARich is going to be able to connect with Pittman in the RedZone. 1st year as a full starter is typically when young QBs find it most difficult being efficient in the RZ 🤝

I agree Pittman doesn’t move up. He is what he is: a WR2 that falls into the high end of this massive tier of receivers. But I’m not panicking on that. He had a big target share in games Richardson played. We just need to have realistic expectations.

I have hope for Javonte I feel like he’s had enough time from his injury to return to his rookie form. I agree there’s no certainty in his role with Payton and if he can dominate snaps and that is worrisome forsure.

D Smith had the same amount of receptions as Trey McBride last year and McBride didn’t even start until week 8.
As a die hard Saints fan I disagree on the Olave take. This isn’t with Homer glasses on either. DC was getting murdered last year behind a terrible and injured o line. We had an OC with a 16 year old playbook that was to predictable. Klint k’s system is going to use a ton of motion which will help Carr. The Saints were near last or last in motion used last year. Olave will eat this year barring injury.

I seriously think we need to revisit the “QB play for DJ Moore” argument because….he really didn’t get better QB play. It’s a straw man argument. It’s completely a lie. DJ Moore went from a revolving door of bottom 10, to the absolute bottom in fields. Fields was ranked last or almost last in basically every single advanced metric when it comes to passing. DJ didn’t get QB play upgrade, he had a career season and got a little lucky falling into the end zone a lot. He now has ELITE competition. I get the sentiment being using DJ as a comp for Olave for “wanting that QB upgrade” but we have to acknowledge that DJ didn’t get that.
he went to a system that actually featured him properly, i don't mind if you want to say Justin Fields wasn't an upgrade but when you combine Fields + the system he went to, it certainly was a needed upgrade. This video has nothing to do with Fields or DJM, just a comparison to help people be patient with Olave 🙏

@@DynastyLandFootball Like you said, Carr can’t be trusted and he’s slightly above average QB. Olave had amazing talent and a fluid route runner, but when Carr consistently underwhelms it’s hard to take Olave at his ADP.

I have him on my dynasty team, so Im biased. I still think he's the best back on the roster and its not even close. People questioning his vision, I really saw no issues with his vision from the video I saw. Jaleel McGlaughlin wasnt even a factor when JW started getting going midseason last year.

66% as a 1st year starter is incredibly good. I’m not sure we want to use Pat Mahomes, maybe the greatest QB of all time when it’s said and done, as a marker for ARich’s 1st full season as a starter but alright 😅

I’ve heard multiple people say that AR is a way better passer and processor than Justin Fields and Fields was able to support DJ Moore as a WR1… so you guys are essentially saying that you think that there’s a good chance that Fields is a better passer than AR.

@@DynastyLandFootballIf you’re asking about hard statistics, there’s none due to injury but not due to untruthfulness. From a film study perspective, there’s a higher ceiling as a passer for AR.
I’d also ask you if you believe the Colts will be a top ten scoring offense or even top ten in plays. If so, then can you find a team with that volume/points that didn’t produce a top 15 WR outside of injury? I think there’s more to it than “AR hasn’t played enough for us to know” seems like a low hanging fruit argument.
I guess I find it really difficult for the foundations of that argument to be watching film. Film is very open for different interpretations and from all film we watched at Florida, he had a long way to go. Every NFL Draft analyst we trust felt the same. I don’t think we can say he’s made huge strides from his limited time in the NFL (which isn’t his fault).
He only started 12 games in college and there was little to no progress as a passer.
If you’re looking top 12 offenses that struggled to produce good WRs, there’s a ton of evidence in BAL for a 4-5 year span now 😅
