Hello I have a question I just submitted my application for Housing choice voucher and low income housing tax credit... I am trying to flee from domestic violence and I have adhd and ptsd I stated this on my application how long does it take to hear back by chance? And also is it okay to call them and check up on the application after submitted thanks for your advice and videos
So basically the housing voucher is at a discounted rate and HUD always pays a percentage but with the COC they find you housing fast and will pay 100% up until a certain time then you will pay full rent and they aren’t liable ?

We currently live in a place where we worked and had free rent but this place has become so toxic that we had to quit and have two months to find a place I'll be searching for a job during that time so we both be unemployed 😭 what program should we use ... Now we have an emergency account to live up for this but we have other goals for this saved money....thanks for the info ❤❤

Thank you! We're trying to get my 63 y/o mother (on disability) a place to live but we've only got 1 safe option here that we've found. Its section 202 based but has a long waiting list. We were told by housing authority vouchers could take a 7 year waiting list. Any suggestions?

Ptsd does help but you will need 3 more qualifiers to rank well.
My schizophrenic sister is homeless and in and out of my home but I can't do it nonore how can she get help please
