Here's a tip - when you have yellow squares in a building due to not having walls nearby, just remove some inner spaces from the building to create support pillars! You building buildings that weren't fully supported was killing me, lol
Thanks lots man, I been enjoying your videos as well! I’m 150 hours deep in Dwarf Fortress and still learning Songs of Syx but those games are dope, keep doing what your doing bro and thanks for the comment! 🐊
only fifteen minutes so far and enjoying it, but how did you not realise you could just build walls inside big rooms so they are much less expensive? you have to use the reduce room thingy, and build pillars/walls that way. They support around 4 blocks each side.
That's lucky for me and others who don't buy from Steam: e.g. GOG doesn't have this beta program, and from what I see in previous posts on the game's website it's going to take another couple of months before 0.65 is stable. There are plenty of videos for 0.63 and I see a couple of detailed tutorials for 0.65, but not for 0.64. I got a couple of insights for 0.64 from this one, farms to overall population and the possibility to grow without that much of research and trade to name a few, so I'm glad it's not for the latest version. :)

I'm 11 minutes in and every building layout so far has been terrible
Great video! I'm excited to see what you come up with for a future run. The game surpassed all of my expectations in the best possible way.

Right back at you! @@CoolKidCroc
I just got done playing this game right before seeing you uploaded this, nice.
Really cool, please make other videos of song of syx because it's awesome
This ⬆️
Rimworld meets banished meets factorio. Nice game.
You will never take me alive, coppers! Knee-Yah!
Ty so much for the video. I really enjoyed it and do hope for more Song of Syx.
If anyone is wondering what the music is at the 30 minute mark, it is Norune Village from Dark Cloud.
The song at the 35 minute mark is the song that plays when you fish in Dark Cloud 2

Hey
As long as Tom foolery is on the throne, ain’t nobody has a chance
The song at the 33 minute mark is Starlight Valley from Dark Cloud 2
The song at the 36 minute mark is Rainbow Butterfly Forest from Dark Cloud 2
Nice video! would've loved to see some military action though
ep 2? mayhaps
Oh look , its Cool Kid Croc , and he is playing same game as me
Nice video, however I noticed that you aren't on the newest version of the game. To update the game you need to opt into the open beta

hoping for ep2 thanks for the video croc
I am so addicted to this game 😅
the spots on their faces, what is that and does it go away if you get cleaning facilities?
1000 pop is only like 1/30th or 40th of the max pop , i bought this game because i saw you can get to 30k pop but damn, it is not easy
Bro the only thing that'll make me download this game is the war aspect 😊
Good luck getting to it. Armies are mad expensive resource wise and to fund a real campaign youll need a booming economy
Im just 7 min in, those poor pigs being forced meat even though they are vegitarian xD
You don't bother fixing unstable buildings, does this make a difference?
Yeah, unstable buildings take more materials to build and maintain
Oh yeah baby
Of course you can. Thats the start of mid game.
