असामान्य रक्त स्त्राव (Abnormal uterine bleeding)
गर्भाश्य से असामान्य रक्त स्त्राव महिलाओं में सबसे कॉमन बीमारी है
सामान्य रक्त स्त्राव क्या होता है।
सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है टाइम पीरियड यानि माहवारी आने के बीच का समय
सामान्यत यह 24 से 35 दिन का होता है।
अगर 24 दिन के बाद या 35 दिन से पहले माहवारी आती है। तब तो यह सामान्य माहवारी है।
यदि 24 दिन से पहले और 35 दिन के बाद माहवारी आना, असामान्य रक्त स्त्राव में आता है।
यदि माहवारी के दौरान किसी महिला को 80ml/से ज्यादा रक्त स्त्राव होता है तो यह असामान्य रक्त स्त्राव की श्रेणी में आता है।
यदि किसी महिला को 24 दिन से कम में बार-बार माहवारी हो रही है तो इसको पॉलिमैनोरिया कहते हैं।
यदि किसी स्त्री को माहवारी समय से आ रही है लेकिन कम रक्त स्त्राव हो रहा है तो इसे हाइपोमैनोरिया कहते हैं।
यदि किसी स्त्री को बार-बार माहवारी हो रही है और बहुत ज्यादा भी हो रही है तो इसे पॉलिमैनोरेजिया कहते हैं।
अगर किसी स्त्री को पूरे महीने में बीच-बीच में रक्त स्त्राव हो रहा है तो इसे मेट्रोरेजिया कहते हैं।
