1) Ben, you may be older, but you are NOT old. Because, if you are, then I dread to think what adjective would suffice to describe my almost 50 year old self. 2) While I am glad that your schedules are lined up better, and I'm sure it is much better for you guys, a part of me misses the 'running from one panel to another' bits that used to almost a regular part of PAX vblogs. 3) As always, thanks for sharing with us! Great cosplayers, and I enjoyed the out and about town parts too.
Wow, you werent kidding about popping off scoot-wise. Nice shots! I love how the little lens flares seem to bounce around with the beat of the music at 12:15
I liked the developing story arc of the scoot-cam. Every episode we got a new step forward. I wish the world was like that more - steady progress and a drive towards new and better things. I suppose it was fastened to Serge's backpack in the last segments, where we got shots of G on the scooter.
I'm happy to see you guys do what you do with such enthusiasm and joy, I think that's one of the things that made me a fan of LRR. Please keep up with the great work!
Thank you for the footage of the great city of San Antonio. Definitely makes me want to take a trip up their and check out the restaurants and coffee shops in the area this summer.
To answer Serge’s question about keeping up energy when you’re open 24 hours, I have to assume it’s like Walmart, or even GameStop’s test period nearly a decade ago, in that you have 2-3 separate staffs that work the various times of the day.
Bruh, that colorful of a restaurant at the end of a long weekend seems killer. Props to y'all for having enough energy to show us that! Also: "Let me tell you" counter is at 3
I love watching these con vlogs. Also makes me really want to come to one of these someday. (Assuming they're still happening I don't actually pay attention)
Didn't see a comment about fudge. But by definition fudge is just a type of candy made from sugar, butter, and milk or cream. Chocolate isn't an inherent part of it. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
So sad that I had to skip this year. But I desperately want to treat you guys to the Irish pub on the riverwalk that my group ALWAYS visits when we come down.
It seems like y'all had a really good time; more relaxed. I'm guessing the scooters contributed to that a lot. It was nice to see you able to enjoy yourselves more. I wonder if G would seriously consider getting a scooter for personal use. As always, great vlogs!
Oh yes, phone snapped to the jacket works much better. I definitely want to go to one of these cons sometime. Pax South is in San Antonio every year? Cause I could probably make that work.
Ah, I understand why you didn't get lost looking for coffee this time, if the route took you past the Alamo, I'm lead to believe that means it's much easier to remember.
Okay, it's official. I had no desire to go back to Texas, but now I need to go back to San Antonio and experience it as a tourist rather than a participant in the Synod Youth Gathering as I was in 2006.
Graham, a Christmas tradition my mother and I have is making peppermint fudge. It gets its fudgelike consistently from condensed milk. No chocolate is involved. I love Serge, but he's objectively wrong on this one.
Question for G: Was that the first time you visited The Alamo in all your times traveling to PAX South? I don't recall you mentioning it before or seeing it in other vlogs from the event.
Fun vlog as always. Just one point of cirque: there is quite a bit of noticeable lens flare dancing around the frame, especially during the darker sequences.
As opposed to the sidewalk burn Ben got... Also, Ben clearly needs to watch early Commodore Hustle to see that asking and getting no response is INDEED how permission is given in LRR.
Are y'all going to East? Our lovely group of overly educated psychologists and profs will be there speaking A LOT. Would love to introduce myself if y'all are around!
Graham Stark alright! I will mention that I will be on 3 panels: Psych of Final Fantasy Science of Nostalgia Parasocial Relationships in Games Feel free to stop by, and if y’all are in the main lobby, like y’all were in south, I’ll make sure to come visit! Cheers and see y’all later this month!
Serge! (and all LRR crew) next time you're in Calgary, hit up Soughtxfound coffee! you'll love it! the owners are super chill and will gladly chat coffee all day. I'd happily buy you all the fermented bean juice, but that kinda feels weird (and you'd probably feel kinda obligated to like it)
Lots of KD/A, which is no surprise. That first Bowsette holding the Chompette didn't really seem to be into it. Do you really want to pin a cactus to your shirt? I feel like anyone working in that bar would go colour blind within a week.

will you ever be out of work?
only time will tell.
never gets old ^^
This the best.
I'm so glad the Scooter Filming Arc got some closure. I was surprisingly invested in Graham's ongoing quest for scooter-based footage.
Same here!
You guys are going to get SO much Merit coffee in mail time
I really appreciate the scoot-recording's improvement arc.
Yes it was very enjoyable
OH MY GOD IT'S GOT FILM OF CUTE COFFEE SHOPS. I miss the before times, I'm glad I found your blogs
Thank you Graham for putting the names of the Cosplayers up there, those were some awesome designs 👍

"Better to have Scute and lost than to have never Scute at all" -MTGA 2020 (also Serge Yager lol)
GVlogs always have great music that sounds like it belongs in Olli Olli, and that is a one of the highest compliments that I can give

Grahame is totally giving me Dr Who vibes cruising around on his Scoot.
G making the scootabouts look real majestic.. and Ben's the court jester. Serge is the vizier or something, I don't know.
Bruh, that colorful of a restaurant at the end of a long weekend seems killer. Props to y'all for having enough energy to show us that!
Also: "Let me tell you" counter is at 3
The montage didn’t really capture the multitude of Bowsette (and other princess crown variations) that were at pax. It was... a popular choice.
Considering the percentage of just this montage that *was* Super Crown, I figure viewers can extrapolate from there.
it kinda blew up :3
that was a happy vlog that made me happier than how i already was, thanks graham
I had forgotten the Alamo was there.
Dammit, all you had to do was remember the alamo.
@@nevaehphobia2263 what about: The Maine? 9/11? The 5th of November? The 5th of November?

The Gremlin/Mogwai cosplay is freaking fantastic.
5:38 I saw 3 of those Spider-cosplayers recreating the "Distracted Boyfriend" meme. :-D
I hope to one day be as happy as Serge in that astounding coffee shop.
No better suprise after a long work shift than a sweet G-vlog!
12:36 Oh man, I was just watching a video about the guy who made the signboard for that theater in the background! What a pure and utter coincidence.
I love watching these con vlogs. Also makes me really want to come to one of these someday. (Assuming they're still happening I don't actually pay attention)
Went to that restaurant when I was in San Antonio a few years ago: can confirm it's awesome
Didn't see a comment about fudge. But by definition fudge is just a type of candy made from sugar, butter, and milk or cream. Chocolate isn't an inherent part of it. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
Every scooting you can walk away from is a good one.
Highly underrated comment.
Thanks for the wonderful content that has just ruined most other vlogs for me. The enjoyment and quality are so great.
So sad that I had to skip this year. But I desperately want to treat you guys to the Irish pub on the riverwalk that my group ALWAYS visits when we come down.
Gotta love G's music choices.
Amazeballs!
Ben needs to stop injuring himself at PAX’s! These Gvlogs are always amazing, thanks Graham! :)
Oh! you remembered the Alamo, Neat!

@@IanDunbar1 Thank you. Adam gets mad if you forget the slap. And we don't like Adam when he's mad..
I've never been overly enamoured with the idea of visiting the States.
That said, San Antonio looks rad.
That’s one nice scoot!
It seems like y'all had a really good time; more relaxed. I'm guessing the scooters contributed to that a lot. It was nice to see you able to enjoy yourselves more. I wonder if G would seriously consider getting a scooter for personal use. As always, great vlogs!
Tempting!!
I'm thinking I should look for an electric scooter and just take them to conventions with me. Just my own personal scoot.
3D Printing Professor Collapsible scooters that you can strap to your backpack or sling over your should are cool.
Graham's argument re:fudge around 7:45 is correct. Otherwise we wouldn't be able to have peanut butter fudge, or butterscotch fudge.
The scooter is it make this look so much fun
Love the guy at 5:09 who's will to live was completely drained by gazing on Graham.
Hey Graham, if you liked the scoots so much, why not just buy one? The ones Lime uses are made by Segway, you can buy a similar one on Amazon.
I am kinda afraid to ride those scooters.
Yeah. Wiping out worries me. I need to be in better shape.
Oh yes, phone snapped to the jacket works much better.
I definitely want to go to one of these cons sometime. Pax South is in San Antonio every year? Cause I could probably make that work.
Better to have scoot and lost than never to have Scootaloo :)
Didn't know Ben used to ride on a skateboard. : )
Graham, do you edit these yourself? Your vlogs have some of the best montages I've seen. The music always gets me boppin'.
Cheers!
Thank you! I do. That’s actually WHY I make them at all, I love the shooting/editing process.
Ok. I got to remember to go to Market Square next time.
GVlogs are the reason i want to go traveling more. Here's hoping Magfest 2020 goes well for me!
Kouign-amanns are from Brittany, France! Serge is correct that it usually doesn't have lemon curd in it, it's basically bread dough, butter and sugar.
Heart attack on a plate. I love it.

6:16 Is there a camera in the nose (and presumable a screen on the inside) so that guy/gal can see? Wow
Reminds me of Adam Savage's Totoro suit.
Not gonna lie, the progression of scoot filming was kinda great.
Question for G: Was that the first time you visited The Alamo in all your times traveling to PAX South? I don't recall you mentioning it before or seeing it in other vlogs from the event.
I actually went there on our first trip to South.
What's the names of the tracks during scoot'a'loot sequences?
whats up with the smokey drink right in the beginning? looks fancy but i am confused as to how/why/what
I believe Graham got one on last year's pax south vlog
I imagine it's more for presentation sake than anything else. It probably also acts as a tiny cooler if the drink calls for being chilled.
I believe that is an old fashioned, served in a chamber that contains dry ice.
No it's actually to smoke the drink, it's not just for show. Smoked drinks are a thing, you should look into it.
Take a look at how much the lens flare jumps around at 12:10 and following. Auto shot stabilization is amazing these days!
That lens also goes haywire with flares
Y'all need to bring Serge next time you come to Melbourne.
this vlog subtly brought to you by wyrmwood gaming.
wyrmwood gaming: 'our both was in the shot!'
i'm glad you remembered the alamo
Fun vlog as always. Just one point of cirque: there is quite a bit of noticeable lens flare dancing around the frame, especially during the darker sequences.
I’m okay with it. That’s just what that lens is gonna do ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Remember Goliad! Remember the Alamo!
What's the title of the song used 0:32?
