- After starting 0-3 and 2-8, the Niners put on a seriously impressive show to end the season. TO broke the NFL single-game reception record, Jeff Garcia was balling, and Jerry had a solid season in a bittersweet goodbye to the Niners faithful. As Joe Starkey said after the Bears win, just wait until next year. He was right, as the Niners rode the momentum of their 2000 season to a 2001 playoff berth.
I Love Coach Mooch! Total Energy !
As an eagles fan I respect him. I thought he was a good coach and I enjoy him as an analyst on nfl network
The year terrell owens truly became TO. He had a good 1998 season, but this was the year he emerged as a future hall of famer
We sucked in 2000. Definitely the end of an era, I was 13.
SF 49ers never dies!
This was a “passing of the torch” kind of season
We didn’t suck - we had a great offense and a young defense.. we had the highest salary cap hit in 1999 and rebounded in 2 years to make the playoffs
We did suck in 2000 it was an end of camera. We might have rebounded, but Super Bowl Contentions were never a possibility again.
was 15...Offense was okay. Defense/special teams was garbage
Garner was so fun to watch
Are you a niner fan?? Seems like it? Love your channel! Upload the 2001 one for me!
Second that!!💯
Nope raiders fan here give me raiders yearbooks lol
Charlie Garner was fun to watch, other than that this team was garbage.
@@SayNo2NoseBeers Charlie Garner was a boss his Niner years: 2,371 rush yds, 4.8 YPC, 11 rush TDs, 1,182 rec yds, 5 rec TDs in just 2 seasons
Garcia was an all pro in 2000
15:02 Ken Norton jr says I’m a starter man dingo. What’s a starter man dingo?
He said son of Mandingo.
His father Ken Norton played some character Mandingo in a movie once.
