@@HeavyMetalTom I went to a number of 64 Funny Car shows there in the 70's and a couple of Northwest Nationals, too. I grew up on Bainbridge Island. There were so many great Nitro FC's out of Seattle. Jerry "the king" Ruth, Green Elephant, Hank Johnson etc etc. I live in LA now (unfortunately), but I always recognize those gorgeous NW trees surrounding SIR !! Thanks for posting.
@@ScottCole-sb8fy I grew up in everett and finnaly got to go to NW Nationals on July 20th for qualifying. Worst decision i could've made I'm gonna be dropping about 500 bucks a year just so me and my dad can go
