These ads are just a lie, everyone who playes games like ck3 knows that an Emperor is the highest rank of the feudal system, but he cant rule over all of his territory. Much of it is ruled by vassal kings, dukes, and ect. they're just advertising all the sins an Emperor can do. This is just an insult to all history students.
