omg i haven't watching a crash course video in ages so when i finally clicked on one because i was interested in starting a business and saw anna hosting it, i really started screaming. she's actually so amazing.
Call it destiny but I have been reading my affirmation every day to make my business and this will literally be the key steps to making my business a reality. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Perfect timing! I have been considering opening a gay bar in a city that had one for 40 years but doesn’t anymore. The gay bar we had was bought out, and the new owners didn’t want it to be a gay bar anymore. Then they closed for renovations, then they had a fire and just didn’t reopen in 2 years.
Just came across this crash course topic and binged all 4 episodes. Love, love and like-a-whole-lot the crash course series. Owning 3 business "adventures", it goes to say you can never stop learning. Thank you for getting me sucked in to this great topic! Looking forward to more lack of sleep educating myself on being a better entrepreneur. Seriously, thank you.
At first I was, "meh, another get rich quick" But then I was, "this ties in with my experience and observations" I feel smart people rarely start businesses because they get hung up on the risks and not the rewards, it is indeed the daring who run businesses, although the daring and wise run business well.
Hello I am new to your channel and I am super pleased how crazy relevant you content is, I just want to say I appreciate the information you give. I just subscribed as well thank you for you videos they are super motivating and very easy to understand. That Netflix example was perfect 👌🏾
Anwar Al Taher this was the 2nd episode of this series, it wouldn’t be a very good educational program if it glossed over the basics and went straight for the “advanced” stuff.
Brian Suter have you tried the business model canvas example they gave in the video? We have used it a few times and it works great. Especially as a draft to a formal business plan.
@@GoogleSheetsFanboy well the business didn't work out, couldn't get it off the ground and and had other issues to contend to, mostly stemming from the fact I'm a foreigner and doing business is a lot more paperwork I'm not good at dealing with
Then how did krabby patties taste so great when the recipe is not known. The aquatic creatures could be allergic to something, right? Oh I know! It was because it was made earlier even before mr. krabs built the krusty krab. So mr. krabs is a LEGENDARY entrepreneur because he can make the perfect recipe for krabby patties! Woah! THIS IS TOO MUCH INFORMATION. My brain can't handle it.
It is so good. Crash course filling gaps in people's minds where it's necessary through free video platform with staff and partners dedicated to education. Does it payoff tho?
Meet some people at a festival in Japan making whiskey with the spring water found on Rishiri island. And they have taste tests at local events but won't have any whiskey untill next year. Mostly it's a proof of concept that the water effects the taste and from my taste test it does.
4:43 the idea of sharing idea's sounds great in "THEORY" but in practice, there are a lot of IP thieves ready to take your idea if they have the resources and connections to rush it ahead before you can get your foot on the ground, so secrecy is still needed to some degree.
8:45 Netflix so completely crushed Blockbuster that we don't even need to mention that's how they started... A video club that sent DVD rentals straight to your door Video clubs used to be a big deal kids...
Actually, the world is awash with money chasing very few good ideas. In my opinion, work on an idea that works, present it well and watch people throwing money at you to get a piece. Everybody is looking for that unicorn.
She totally comes alive as the course progresses. Passionate, fun, and educational. Great video Anna.
She was the perfect match for this topic.
Idea + understanding the problem + market research to know where your target market at = business.
well put. they should have put that in the video
Don't forget about industry research too!

An advanced mathematical concepts crash course would be interesting

"Live in the future and build something interesting"
Very interesting
CC should make a project management miniseries
That was so helpfull.
The social network kinda disproves some of your ideas but I respect most of it.
That helped me on my test
Which software did you use to edit the video
Yay Anna Akana!!!
Love the new series! But the hostess? Haha
Although there is one exception...the Mongols!

You should talk about little company "complexly".

Niche market is the best. I made a lot of money by doing.
Where the eff is Hank? He is Entrepreneurship personified. (At least have him take a moment away from his 40 businesses and guest star!)
who the eff is hank
(just kidding they also have that question a question Tuesday, i know who hank is)
glad i watched...

I think the same. Too bad for me, she is too far away AND is LGBTQ.

I have a good idea - "become rich".
Did Netflix sponsor the video?😂😂

What's wrong with shoe umbrellas though?
I have the ideas but don't have the money 😣
Why don't you learn digital marketing and market some existing product which is only sold offline
