As long as you're respectful to our faiths and dont offend our beliefs than yeah sure you can compare the religions or I hope I got that right the terms.
1- You know well that we did not get the Quran through a chain of narrations. How could that be when you received a BOOK written in the time of Muhammad? When were your hadiths written? Please stop insulting Allah and the believers by pretending that the Quran was transmitted orally cause you know well it was not. In your own hadiths books it says Othman took all the copies (written of course) and made one book and burnt the other written materials !!! How is that oral? 2- You should conclude that your hadiths are not from Allah cause the chain did no go to Allah and reject them as Allah asked you to (31:6, 45:9, 12:111 etc).
1. Yes the Quran was recorded orally first. Our Prophet Muhammad(SAW) was not a literate man which meant that he couldn't record any of the verses that came down to him. Back in those days not many people knew how to read or write except for a very chosen few. So the prophet would learn those ayahs and would recite them to the people and they too would learn it. Once the number of believers started growing and there were those who were literate they started writing it down based on all the verses they had memorized. And Allah himself has taken the responsibility of protecting the Quran which means there's zero possiblity that someone might have omitted a few verses. Everything has been recorded as it came down. 2. As for ahadeeth we dont reject them but we obviously give more weight to the words of Allah i.e. the Quran. As those are his speech so theres no possibility of those words being changed or lost. Hadith on the other hand were recorded by numerous sahabi and then passed down to their students and the chain continues. Now yes we do value our ahadeeth but in no way would we give the ahadeeth the same status as the Quran. The reason because again since those were passed down from people to people and with all the best efforts of people to make sure that the words dont change as that could change the meaning you've got different companions talking about the same incident but naturally this is human nature that they would perceive it differently or forget something and theres a possibility of that hadith to not be something that the Prophet (SAW) said. Quran = word of allah Hadith = words of the prophet Muhammad (SAW) passed down from people to people but the only that no words of the Quran have changed but Ahadeeth yes despite the best efforts at the end of the day we are humans and theres a range of errors.
@@Sunflowersarepretty So they heard the recitation and they wrote what they heard, right? So it's not orally transmitted but hand to hand book transmitted? That's all I said. So sunni Muslims need to stop claiming that the Quran was preserved through narrations. Allah says He is the One preserving His Book. So let it be. You are attributing to people what Allah says He only does!!! Giving MORE weight to the word of Allah means that you don't give them ALL THE WEIGHT, so you are judging by other than His word!!!! Well, He says those who do that are wrongdoers (zaalimuun)!!!! Don't be a zaalim. Put your 100% trust in the Quran !!!!!
