@@tenoriobologgnesi1802 there are already debuffs in this game. Just because it's a Debuff doesn't make it similar to slag. Slag was almost a requirement in UVHM. You can do the current levels of Mayhem just by stacking damage.
The second I tried this debuff it reminded me of Borderlands 2 slag. You just debuff them and down they go no matter what weapon you use. Crazy strong weapon when used for the debuff. Allows me to kill Captain Traunt in around 4 seconds on Mayhem 4. By the way thank you Joltz for your awesome guides. Your guides make farming a lot more fun.

I know this is old but you can use sentinel on zane and just spam attack command to debuff the enemies when the guns mag is empty. I figured it out a long time ago accedently and it really is good on a clone build because you are debuffing the enemies for your clone.
I'm guessing the continued breaking of COV guns has to do with the way Borderlands 3 handles Relaoding. When you swap away to another weapon, the previous weapon isn't reloaded. Since the weapon breaking is the COV equivalent of a reload, it might be handled the same and thus resulting in the infinite breaking. The best way to test it, would be with the omni pistol and see if the effect removes the infinite Breaking.
Iv managed to do slaughter shaft on M4 once but that was with a full team on head set coordinating everything, zane and moze don’t do to well either.. we found that 3 sirens for dps/elemental and a flak for raw damage was the best combo, basically always having a phasegrasp active on zealots and smashing them with cutsman/Maggie combos.. it basically rains legendary stuff but nothing worthy of that grind.
The problems I have with Borderlands is that: 1) There's really not much to do but farm loadouts to make... Farming stuff easier? Not much re-playability and 2) DLC can raise the level cap then all your stuff you farmed for tens, hundreds or thousands of hours become useless 🤷♂️
And once level cap is raised, then there's the re-playability in order to get all of the best stuff. Also, there's a lot of replayability with trying to speed run the raid, doing slaughter shaft, doing proving grounds, doing allegiance runs, playing and leveling all 4 characters and much more lmao.
Already running piss with white elephant and face puncher to unforgiven swap on fl4k I one shot graveward on mayhem 10 a couple times over. Interested to see what %300 of that damage looks like
Mayhem 4 is shit. You need to have a game breaking build. Reloading a sniper over and over now does more damage than actually shooting things. Borderlands 1 had the best combat.

Other gear I use: Flipper rad./shock with Urad Gargoyle with Urad Plaguerbearer corrosivs with Urad Old god rad. shield with cld 20% annoint Raging bear with w. dmg - shield cap. and action skill dmg Its piss grenade with 25% buff annoint on thrown Atom bahn deathless with irrad. chance. / rad. dmg and AoE boost My Hammerdown Protocol is very scary. Got the deathless from trade and the others all from farming during last weeks boss drop event. It was a incredible lucky week.
Probably niche theory crafting but this gun and the face puncher on fl4k would cause it to burn larger percent of health per second given you are using dominance
I got a fire one that dropped from Wotan. Was pretty shocked because I KNOW this gun is crazy hard to get... oh also, it is anointed with the 5% weapon damage and reload speed for 25 secs.
I struggle with everyone except Amara. I heavily rely on the facepucher and melee life steel relic combo. Zane has really good survivability as well but I run out of ammo before I clear a room. Mozz dies for me as soon as I leave iron bear lol.
It reminds me a lot of farming for the ogre in magic slaughter in bl2. I never got one to drop above level 50. That was a pain in the ass, especially with the trap doors that forces you back to the very start. They should at least allow you to save between rounds.
@@corvax8644 I really don't like having legendaries tied to arena bosses. Especially legendaries like the lyuda and the Maggie, which were really easy to farm in bl2.

I wonder how this thing stacks with the It’s Piss grenade or Amara’s Laid Bare debuffs. You could put out some pretty absurd damage even if it’s all additive
@@breadwinner541 Yes she can. The regen is based on the "Bullets to break" since there is no magazine. You can also equip the Hanging Chad which has a bullets to break count of 999. So if you have Forge and one point in Redistribution you can regen 99.9 pullets a second with a head shot.
@@TheCnicus If and when they nerf projectile recursion this gun will be very useful. Projectile recursion passing through Wotans/kraken shields is probably not going to stay forever and destroying his top half instantly shouldn't be possible imo.

This only seems worth it if you dont have the Execute pistol since that debuff stuff up to 300% and the debuff lasts 12 seconds instead of 7 and you can empty the mag and throw it faster than you can shoot and break the AR.

I just got this weapon with the Diamond Key and it came with a fire element and I rerolled the effect to Zane's 30% ammo regeneration
To shoot out the debuffs from the gun, you can just melee every time it shoots out
Match this with the its Piss grenade, a scourge, and crit swap to an Unforgiven. Should be fun

The time it takes to proc the debuff negates any real dps bonus, however, it does result in higher burst dmg

Most of the legendarys in this game should be demoted to blue rarity,
this is one of them.
"Most" is hyperbolic. A lot are pretty solid now since all of the buffs. There's only a handful out of 100+ that i would say are pretty bad.

Sweet gun and prolly helps melt bosses but these guns are just way too grindy. It took me 30 kills against the rampager to get his gun.

This gun defo comes in more Elements than just cryo and none. I have jus found one from Wotan solo that does incendiary damage.
