Are the Cleveland Guardians still the favorites to WIN the AL Central?

The Cleveland Guardians are not playing up to standard lately and the standings are getting tighter and tigher.
The Detroit Tigers took three of four against the AL Central leading Guardians and the Minnesota Twins are just 4.5 GB now.
For the first 90 games of the season, the Guards looked to be running away with the division but with 70 games to go and less than a 5 game lead, should the Guards still be considered the hands-on favorites to win the AL Central crown?
Gavin Williams only pitched 5.1 innings in his second start of the season, Tanner Bibee showed grit but still struggled with his command at times, and Ben Lively gave up six earned runs over 5.1 innings in his start.
That brings us to Spencer Howard's Guardians debut on Thursday afternoon, and it didn’t go quite the way he planned. He pitched just 3.0 innings and gave up seven hits, four earned runs, and three walks. Like Triston McKenzie and Logan Allen (who are both at Triple-A), Howard struggled to locate his pitches and lacked command.
Forget about a starter who can help Cleveland in a playoff push; the Guardians just need another arm who can consistently give them at least four to five innings a start.

If Cleveland doesn’t get some help with pitching, they’re not going to win the division. You can’t win when you pitch this poorly. The starting pitching is now wearing down the bullpen and that’s a major problem.

exactly, no serious team would trot out the like of Carrasco and Howard. And now many of our pitchers can't seem to make it through their 1st inning without giving up runs.

Gavin is looking better so that's Bibee Williams and I guess Livley so need to trade for at least 1 more pitcher maybe 2 but rotations do shrink in the playoffs so at the very least 1.

Do not think the Twins and/or Royals are good or consistent enough to win the division. That being said, the Guardians definitely could use an upgrade in the starting rotation.
