I didn't watch the whole movie yet. But I was just so irritated by the very first scene. They could have cleaned the porch! And had her sitting in a better porch chair. She pulling $100 bills out her purse. Couldn't buy better chairs and clean that porch. I do intend to finish watching. But that was my first observation that really didn't make sense to me.

I was born in Detroit and I live here now but to be completely honest there were a lot of things that could've improved the quality of the movie. The first thing is that some of the scenes were too long and repetitive. A lot of the time things were being repeated over and over again as if the viewers are too dumb to understand. One of the scenes that comes to mind is the one in which she found out that her baby daddy was dead and she was talking about him being dead, her kids being kidnapped etc. After it was stated the first time it was repeated all over again. Another thing was when the two girls were kidnapped. One of them was laughing as they were going up the stairs. Also the scenes in which people got killed. I just felt like there was too much emphasis on showing close ups of the dead bodies each time. Some scenes were so unrealistic that I couldn't even really get into it. My fiance watched it with me and we both wanted to turn it off several times but we wanted to give it a chance. The scene where she went to the river walk I'm guessing, and the three other people just so happened to be there and mentioned that they were going to Atlanta was one of them. Her repeating that her baby daddy is gone all throughout the movie. Her being worried about the other people being after her, but meeting up with her friends in public places in broad daylight to talk. One thing that confused me was in one scene she met up with the one guy to pick up the money he owed her and she was dressed Iike a dude. I was wondering if she's a stud but then again she was in a relationship with her baby daddy so I didn't get that scene. The acting wasn't that good to be completely honest. I'm sure there's some things I'm missing but I just wanted to give some constructive criticism. There's always room for improvement and it's all love. I want to see my people win regardless and I'd give it another chance if there are any future projects. Oh, and I liked the woman's music all throughout and I usually don't like local rap songs. 👍🏾
