I know that bigger trailers need brakes and so on but pleased I only have 1 hydraulic pipe on mine - bigger seems more complicated and consequently more to go wrong. We find the lock on our patio door gets a bit stiff when we get a frost. PTFE Spray sorts it.
A family member in Wyoming feeds straw with hay in the coldest times. On his most recent video, he explained why. See "Luthi Ranch". Have you ever thought of moving the feeder closer to the gate so you can chain it to the feeder so you don't need to chase them back into the barn?
HELLO, AND AL HAPPY NEW YEAR. "FARMER IAN AND THE FAMILIE. WE ALREADY HAD SOME SNOW. BUT DID YOU ALREADY HAD TO CLEAN THE TOWN ?. AND HOW IS IT NEW WITH YOUR FEET ?.
I like the idea of oak trees and your Dad's ashes. We have selected where we plan to scatter my late wife's ashes which is around the base of an oak tree on a nature reserve not sure if we supposed to though.
Get on and Plant your Malting Malting Barley as soon as possible to use up the Nitrogen so hopefully you get a good Malting sample. We used to plant ours about now.
23:37 great content again o think doubleing the pond again will be nice hopefully create some new wildlife and means more area for the water to go to and great use of a bit of land that doesn’t do much
I was thinking about that girl you pointed out in your lama video when you randomly said, "Defiatly put one in there" Laugh you never heard nothing like it,,.🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂🙂
I had the same problem with my back door. It turned out to be the gearbox within the locking mechanism. (No I didn't think doors had gearboxes either).
You know one of these days Ian when you make that woosh sound for Biskit to find something she's just going to look up at you and say if you're so smart you can find it I'm going to sit here😂😂
Normally farmers only feed straw to dry cows due to calve as it gives them roughage but doesnt put fat on them, over weight can cause calving problems.
If you ever change the Skidsteer Ian I bet you wont be able to do what you did at 6.00 and drive it forwards without getting in to it. Bet the modern machines have sensors in the seat etc to stop that bit of fun.
Modern technology is wonderful when it works. How things have changed since the days of the little ferguson. Those sheep on your farm look there not to be mesed with
@@rhadley958 I thought no one was ever going to ask…. It’s actually a steel, self closing “Playground” gate we acquired when we took an old Council playground apart, You may occasionally spot the stainless steel slide from the same job 😄👍🏼

Oooo nice big pond, come September there would be nice bit of wildfouling. Double the size might get some geese on there too. Get some barley and feed it, it will make a great little flight pond.

Couldn't you just broke one of the window panes and then opened the door from inside save on a service call 😂
Hopefully you can use up those bales in time. It’d be a shame to see them go to waste.
