It was so touching to see the youth and PB saying the huge number that would be at the conference. We have 2 and sometime 3 youth at our church. Covid really affected our church. Oh how I hate those post Christmas blues😢. It usually hits me after lunch on Christmas Day and goes into the next day. I pray through it. The best way the beat the blues of any kind💕
Oh yes, I know about those Christmas blues! My husband die on Nov.22nd on our oldest daughter's 17th birthday. So we have a hard time though the holidays! 😔 We love & miss him but we all know that he is with our Lord and we will see him again one day! ❤

I can understand ur feeling of loss during this time of year .. I lost my baby sister last year just a week from Thanksgiving at the sweet age of 50 .. it’s hard but I try not to allow it to consume me.. I have 3 beautiful healthy kids and 5 grandchildren and I’ve taken my baby sisters kids and grandchildren as my own .. it’s bittersweet.. love u all ❤️❤️

I just looked the Koppers up. YIKES, one serving has 15 GRAMS of SUGAR. No way Jose no matter how delicious they are, I’ll put on 5 lbs in one day, after I have battled so hard to get it off.

When my in-laws inherited rental property it was always left in bad shape. They finally sold it. It is a shame that people don’t take care of what doesn’t belong to them. Praying for you PB to recover quickly in Jesus name!!
I understand. I have the Christmas blues too. I still been watching Christmas movies and listening to the music until first of the year. I like your apron! Yes I get the Christmas blues. It’s worse when I start packing up the decorations. I keep things out until after New Year’s. I’m in no hurry. It’s a dreary day here today. We had snow flurries yesterday but not much laid on the ground. I had to smile when Bryant put mayo in his boiled eggs. My husband does the same thing. 😊

I think I took my decorations down too soon🥲. That definitely made the blahs worse. I’ve got rotator cuff surgery January 9th so I was thinking I’d better get rolling on getting the house cleaned up…..blaaaahhh 😢

Oh my goodness PB be careful. My mother in law also has a rental property that she has had to redo because of a bad renter worse than that it was extended family that was renting it😢. We finally got it all back together and now she charges a bigger deposit for anything that might happen. Feel better PB maybe you should use your massage gift!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I’m in the same situation I’m 73 I lost my second child in 82 at age 6 God did bless me with a couple more , my first husband died in and eventually I had to sell my house & moved in with my son I did remarry eight and a half years later it’s been three years that my second husband died and I had to move back in with my son again my grandchildren are older now and they don’t need me anymore and I don’t think God has anything for me any longer if I had what you have I wouldn’t having the blues
God has a purpose for you as long as you have breath

I know absolutely no one personally who likes Duke’s. I’m always amused at how it is portrayed as a southern staple and that EVERYONE in the south uses it! It isn’t very popular here in my area. It isn’t even available at most of the grocery stores here! 🤷🏼♀️

I always get blue after Christmas I love the season so much I want it to go on forever so my decorations stay up until old Christmas....its always sad to me when the kids go back to school and work...its too quiet😅

I've had the blahs too. Today I went to get my weekly allergy shots. It's amazing how something so routine lifted my spirits. It feels like things are getting back to "normal" (whatever that is).
There was a time several years ago I was on a work trip and some of the people I was with had purchased some, I tried them and I have never had a problem with caffeine, but when I tried them I immediately got very shaky so now I stay clear of them because the feeling was scary.

Hello ML and PB and hello to Caroline I saw towards the end. The youth field trip looks like it’s going to be a great time. Seems like PB got a lot of nice things for Christmas. Dinner looked great. I love Dukes too only kind of mayo I eat. PB breakfast looks delicious. At couch time I have a request ML you have such a beautiful voice. Can you please sing a few lines of “Mary did you know”song? I can’t say I have Christmas blues .. I enjoy it but I’ve had an empty house for many years .. all my kids are out of college and working and owning their own businesses and etc so I’m used to being by myself .. I married at 19 so being 57 now I’ve been an empty nester for a looong time 😂
I ordered a pattern from Janet Clare for an apron links that. It ones down a little more at bottom and around. I’ve not made it yet, but it’s a great pattern! She’s from England and designs fabric for Moda.
Tell Bryant they been stealing those catalytic converters here in smokies for number of years. Mostly, folks who park to go hike the trails. They come back and they can tell I guess right away.

Catalytic converter theft is on the rise on the west coast to sorry to say, we got our stolen along with another vehicle in a school parking lot. Looking at the security cameras, it took all of 3 min for both. I just cant imagine how
people think it ok to steal and i truly feel for those people who dont have the means to replace it. At $1700, it makes me wonder what they're getting for them and why people are buying stolen items. Just deplorable. FYI, they make locks for them, which was alot cheaper than the replacement.
