This shotgun manufactured home is very nice. I was blown away by the size of that standard bedroom. So huge!!! I wasn’t expecting to be that big. Very nice. Master bedroom is nice as well. This single wide home definitely has a lot going for it . Thanks for sharing .😊👍

On their website, they say many of their floor plans come with a drywall option as well it all depends on the model and floorplan so this one could possibly have an option like that
you're correct! sometimes while filming in realtime you're worried about 50 things and you might make a blooper from time to time. if you go back you'll see that I had put the word Peninsula at the 1:33 mark on the screen to correct myself and to let everyone know the correct term for it. Very cheap made I mean they could put little effort into the house. Like under the cabinet that some fine playwood. manufactuers do not even try I feel like. And people buy this crap.
Different strokes for different different folks. some people are looking more at the lower price point just to get the keys to something they own vs a normal more expensive stick built house that is going have more attention to detail for someone that is looking for more craftsmanship like yourself. Most of these manufacturers are focused on clean safe and affordable and making sure that the house is light enough to make the trip on the road.

wow $63k for a shot gun house in 2024 is INSANITY. Its perfect for my 22 year old but he cant even afford that working full time.
