Cisco was one of the best way before...he was the man behind C J Bolland's success, the tunes "inside out" (which is sampled in this mix) "spring yard" etc are exquisite and without doubt Cisco's work rather than Bolland who took all the Kudos..I also think Cisco was also behind the hit track "The Prophet".
