Pokemon Sapphire Any% Glitchless in

This game has given me so much trouble in the past. So many dead runs to extremely rare events, and so many days where I just couldn't get past Roxanne. But I finally won. I am very very happy with this run, with my only notable issues being a missed run to bike and a bad menu after catching kyogre. The rest of the run I played really solidly, and I finally got the luck conditions I needed to make it through. First WR on the new abra route.

@@WaffieOwnd basically the ticking is used as a frame perfect measure, at the exact moment where the 4th tick is happening you have to reset the game on that frame/tick to manipulate the outcome of the coming events in the game

@user-oo7mz2fd3g using an emulator you can change the speed if the game from 100% to 3000% you literally fly through the game in 20 mins 100% complete
