Amazing!! I also started learning guitar over quarantine so it's motivating to watch other players like you making progress :) Hardest thing for me right now is trying to understand the music theory and improvising over songs haha
I'm actually using GarageBand lol, I plug my guitar into an input device (Scarlett Focusrite) so I can get my playing directly inputted to my laptop, and I used "Classic Drive" plugin from GarageBand.
@@MichelleCarr Haha, I have a Scarlett too and record basically the same way, except I use a USB cable from my Boss GT-1000 into Apple Logic instead of Garage Band. I used to do it straight into Logic before I got the GT. Anyway, you're getting better every time. Can't wait for you to start creating your own songs.
Very nice. This is a fun song to cover, especially for beginner and intermediate players. It's straightforward enough for beginners to handle, but has a few extra wrinkles to add to the fun as one gets more experienced. Plus it's just a great straight ahead, ploughing rocker. So much fun to play. I've played it a bit, but haven't worked on it enough to really get it down for playing along with the recording, yet. You do it justice. New Fender Strat. Mexico or California? What line and model? Player Series? Something else? Just curious. I have a white Player Series Strat, so that's why I'm asking.
@@MichelleCarr Cool! Yes, I think all the Players are made in Fender's Mexican facility in Ensenada. I believe the Player series is the standard Mexican line. Mine has a serial number and "Made in Mexico" on the back of the headstock. Maybe yours does as well?
Awesome 🤘
Nice cover Michelle. Fun tune to play! Sounded great!
thanks!
Great job! Classic song
Nice, Ive been working on this song myself for a while, nice to see how you played it out.
I love that guitar! Great cover

Great job!!! I would love to see you cover Wolf In Sheep’s Clothing by Set It Off if you want to cover it!!
I saw the blackhearts debut this song live, but we will not go into that. You did a great job! All the good music is from this era.
that is SO cool, thank you means a lot! Lemme know if you have any great music suggestions from this era, I'm just getting into it! :)
Good playing and a nice gritty tone. What amp/pedals are you using?

Yeah it's a Fender Player Strat, I think Mexico.
We've got the same model!
