    Malai Se Ghee!
    Ek swadisht aur paramparik Bharatiya ghee, Malai Se Ghee ek delicious aur easy-to-make recipe hai jo malai (cream) se bani hoti hai.
    Saamagri:
    1. 1 cup malai (cream)
    2. 1/2 cup paani (water)
    Tyari:
    1. Ek pan mein malai aur paani ko mix karein.
    2. Pan ko madhyam aanch par rakhein aur malai ko ubalne dein.
    3. Malai ko lagatar stir karte hue, ghee ko alag karna shuru karein.
    4. Ghee ko achhi tarah alag karne ke liye, pan ko thoda sa thanda karein.
    5. Ghee ko ek clean container mein nikalein aur use store karein.
    Swad:
    1. Sweet aur creamy malai ka swad
    2. Pure aur aromatic ghee ka swad .

    Saamagri:
    1. 2 medium baigan (eggplant)
    2. 1 medium pyaz (onion), chopped
    3. 2-3 lahsun (garlic) cloves, minced
    4. 1 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds)
    5. 1 teaspoon dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
    6. 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder (turmeric powder)
    7. 1/2 teaspoon lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
    8. Namak (salt) swad anusar
    9. 2 tablespoon tel (oil)
    Tyari:
    1. Baigan ko oven mein roast karein ya phir gas par roast karein.
    2. Baigan ko thanda hone dein aur phir usko mash karein.
    3. Ek pan mein tel garam karein aur jeera ko sauté karein.
    4. Pyaz aur lahsun ko pan mein daalein aur 2-3 minute tak cook karein.
    5. Dhaniya powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, aur namak ko pan mein daalein.
    6. Mash kiya hua baigan ko pan mein daalein aur achhi tarah mix karein.
    7. Baigan Bharta ko serve karein aur enjoy karein!

    1. 1 cup basmati chawal (basmati rice)
    2. 2 cup paani (water)
    3. 1 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds)
    4. 1 tablespoon ghee ya tel (ghee or oil)
    5. Namak (salt) swad anusar
    Tyari:
    1. Ek pan mein ghee ya tel garam karein aur jeera ko sauté karein.
    2. Chawal ko pan mein daalein aur 1-2 minute tak cook karein.
    3. Paani ko pan mein daalein aur chawal ko 10-15 minute tak cook karein.
    4. Namak ko pan mein daalein aur chawal ko achhi tarah mix karein.
    5. Jeera Rice ko serve karein aur enjoy karein!
