    Ek swadisht aur popular Bharatiya sabji, Aloo Gajar Matar ek delicious aur easy-to-make recipe hai jo aloo (potatoes), gajar (carrots), matar (peas), aur masalon se bani hoti hai.
    Saamagri:
    1. 2 medium aloo (potatoes), peeled aur chopped
    2. 2 medium gajar (carrots), peeled aur chopped
    3. 1 cup matar (peas)
    4. 1 medium pyaz (onion), chopped
    5. 2-3 lahsun (garlic) cloves, minced
    6. 1 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds)
    7. 1 teaspoon dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
    8. 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder (turmeric powder)
    9. 1/2 teaspoon lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
    10. Namak (salt) swad anusar
    11. 2 tablespoon tel (oil)
    Tyari:
    1. Ek pan mein tel garam karein aur jeera ko sauté karein.
    2. Pyaz aur lahsun ko pan mein daalein aur 2-3 minute tak cook karein.
    3. Aloo aur gajar ko pan mein daalein aur 5-7 minute tak cook karein.
    4. Matar ko pan mein daalein aur 2-3 minute tak cook karein.
    5. Dhaniya powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, aur namak ko pan mein daalein.
    6. Aloo Gajar Matar ko achhi tarah mix karein aur serve karein!

    1. Mirchi aur pyaz ko achhi tarah dhokar aur kat lein.
    2. Ek bowl mein dahi, lemon juice, garam masala powder, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder, aur namak ko mix karein.
    3. Mirchi aur pyaz ko dahi mixture mein daalein aur achhi tarah mix karein.
    4. Ek non-stick pan mein tel garam karein aur mirchi pyaz mixture ko pan mein daalein.
    5. Mirchi Pyaz Tikka ko 3-4 minute tak cook karein aur serve karein!
