You're welcome Michelle! The cookies will last for 2 weeks. The key is to store them properly: - Plain cookies - store them in an air-tight container. - Decorated cookies - wrap them individually in a plastic bag, then place them in an air-tight container or freezer bag. - Decorated cookies - if you don't have small bags to place them individually, then place them in an air-tight container by placing parchment papers between each layers. - I noticed that certain stronger colors, like super red/dark blue/dark green will lose their shine after a week... slightly, not too much. Light colors have no problems at all! You can definitely freeze the cookie dough. Unbaked cookie dough will stay fresh for a couple of months in the freezer. Roll them out flat and wrap them nicely, as shown in the video, then place it in a freezer bag and store in the freezer. Transfer it to the fridge the night before you are ready to bake them so it will be easier to handle. If you want to bake them straight out of the freezer, then you will have to add couple more minutes to the bake. Hope this helps! 😁
