Hi Ian.. the fake 50p is on sale for a £10 on ebay. EBay don't care about selling fakes... I've raised the issue with them and they don't care at all. People selling fake kews and not saying they're fake really piss me off... this coin was sent to me by a friend, his mum got it in her change... seems I offended one viewer by saying only leftist wokists don't like cleaning coins ..😆 😂 he got a short reply... hehe
A nice addition to your fake coins, It was the very first thing I bought before considering buying a coin was a set of digital scales & this upload highlights that perfectly
Great fake Leigh, don't think I own a 30mm fake of any design. The thickness is way off. What's the difference between them both? Got a nice silver proof on the way.
What a cracking fake, 😮someone, has gone to a awful lot of trouble, to get a finish as good as that, the real ones are fetched around the forty pounds mark 🤔😊
@normangrahammorrison4389 apart from the thickness the design is very close to the real thing.. I did think if anybody would twig it was a fake before I said anything... hence the subterfuge of cleaning it 1st 😁
The fake one looks more rounded on your video than the original, still looks pretty convincing though if it wasn't for the weight and thickness. Still a nice donation to your collection. 👍👍
Nice fake coin and not bad effort indeed 😊 sorry been a bit late with a comment just found out I got pneumonia on the lungs and a blood clot 🫣 so been in hospital but I'm still alive so happy days your have to do more to take this old dog down 😂 need to stop drinking that cleaner and just dip the coins in it 😂 what cleaner is that by the way as do need a decent cleaner and that looks like good stuff 👍
Hi Jack.. sorry to hear about your sickness! Sounds like you've been through the mill. Hopefully the doctors and nurses will get you sorted (provided they are actually working and not on strike or at a pride march) 😉 take it easy and you'll be fine.. I recommend a few pints of Guinness to help your recovery. That coin cleaner can be bought on ebay... its about £15 a bottle, works a treat, but going by the smell, I definitely wouldn't drink it 😆 . The fake coin can be had on ebay for about a tenner. Hope you make a full recovery as quickly as possible 🙏 .. I will endeavour to keep you entertained 🤣
@@TheBig50pCollection your videos always keep me entertained 👍 think my doctor identified as a cat 🤣 🤣 I shall look on eBay for the cleaner as have been on there abit since not being well 😁 picked up a 1980 Falkland Islands proof set which is plastic slab but it's in perfect condition so pleased about that 👍 I did pick up a fake kew gardens for 6 squid as liked how real it looked just need some error coins now 🫣
@Jack.benson the cleaner is called antiquax silver dip cleaner.. I find it quite enjoyable looking for error coins.. collection is getting bigger and some are quite cheap.. the 1980 Falklands proof set is lovely. The warrah fox 50p is a great design !!
@@TheBig50pCollection I have the 1982 proof set as well 👍 I really like the warren fox design and the other designs on the set 👍 il have a look for the cleaner now I also purchased the 1991 Isle of Man Christmas 50p on the card with COA certificate 👍 the collection is definitely taking off now but still love the hunt for them 😎 get buzzing about it 👍

@The50pCollector the fake is about two thirds of the proper coin... the fake metal is heavier than the cupro nickel real coin...

Having 'copy' stamped at the bottom of the Queen's head was a clue.
I knew it was a fake ... before doing the video.. as did the person who sent it
