The choreo was done by Brian Puspos, an American dancer and choreographer. He said that not a lot of people take a chance with him because his dance is very detailed but he knew Jimin could pull it off, in fact, he said Jimin surpassed his expectations. Yes, Jimin is his bias and yes, Jimin is my bias too 😂

Thanks for reacting to Serendipity :) I think this song was one of the reasons I really became a BTS fan when I was first exploring down this rabbit hole. And you got the right MV! There's a full length version of the song (as you saw with the live performance) but no MV for it.

Yes, I did enjoy it very much, The screams were the best. lol. I heard you mention Suga is your bias, Jimin might be your bias breaker. ( Once you've JimIN there is no JimOUT. That is why I am OT7. I love them all for different reason. I think I identify with Suga the most. As Suga is the fun BTS guy, goofy, loves basketball and then August D is the serious, frustrated, trying to deal with anger that comes from (intense) pain, ( that is how I interrupt Suga).
Jimin is something else, in way of talent and to think he struggled with feeling inferior in the beginning. All the haters did not help. Fun reaction. Singularity, Serendipity, Epiphany and Euphoria are all written to coexist together and explaining different parts/stages of relationships (not necessarily just with a significant other etc but also with friendships, family and oneself). They are part of the Love Yourself series which is broken up into 3 different albums (serendipity is on “HER”, singularity is on “TEAR” euphoria and epiphany on “ANSWER”) hence why the vibes can be seen as continuous or similar in some aspects musically. Each has its own MV to accompany it - you’ve now reacted too all of them if I’m not mistaken, and as you’ve seen they are by the vocal line ☺

It's not penicillin, but penicillium, which is the blue mould that is used to create penicillin. Fun facts: This was Jimin's intro song, which is why it's so short, but ARMYs loved it so much, that RM wrote an extended, full length version. Also, each album has an intro and outro song... these are usually solo songs, and the members each get to perform them by rotation.

yeah "Serendipity" means "a development of events by chance in a happy/beneficial way". Penicillin was discovered by accident when a scientist decided to test this blue mold that grew on his petri dish. So the song is about fate and how these chance encounters brought us together.
