Yup. This video is 7 years (it says). I say I been listening to this tune for 8-9 years.
In the last 6 months I’ve discovered Fizz and the solo music of all its members, I’ve made up for lost time by purchasing about 90% of all the physical records, CD’s and vinyl (I’ll get there a few are a bit expensive) I absolutely love Fizz I’ve never heard or seen a band having so much fun who sound so good and I adore your solo work (my playlist in the car for months has been the Fizz album, your album and a lot of various Dodie, Orla, Martin & Greta songs) your singing is so good your phasing and tone are brilliant, the writing is off the scale with the constant quality. I’ve been collecting records for 50 years and haven’t had this buzz about an artist/band in decades, I collect artists including Bowie and even he hasn’t released an album since 1976 that I don’t skip at least one or two tracks but there are no tracks on your album or Fizz’s album I skip every track is great that just doesn’t happen to me (or hasn’t for decades) thank you (all) for making an older music fan who’d become a bit jaded with it and usually played music from decades ago feel that buzz again!
I know it’s not related to this video but your video playing on Martin’s It Get’s Better live at Middle Farm is so bloody good all the Fizz members and the many friends playing on it are all obviously having so much fun it’s a joy to watch (especially your dancing behind the drums/Tom Toms getting so into it your knees are almost hitting your chin!

I've seen you in concert twice- once on VALENTINE'S DAY with dodie (best V's day ever!). I love your music. I ADORE your mimics and how you're really feeling your music. And guess what- now I am putting together a cover CD (which I am singing and recording with my covers of songs) for my parents for Christmas and I'll probably put New Friends onto it :-)

You are a good singer, a good guitar player but above all an amazing songwriter. You get to the heart of raw music, and infect the listener with your style. As a songwriter, I am jealous of what you've written. I can pay you no greater compliment than that.
