      30 minutes Ka alarm laga lo aur alarm clock/ phone ko bed se dur rakh do fir 30 minute baad aapko alarm band Karne ke liye bed se uthna hoga aur fir aalas bhaag jayega

    High energy level - in the morning and in the evening after sleep ( 8 am to 12 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm ) .
    Low energy level - in the afternoon and at night ( 12 pm to 4 pm and 8 pm to 12 am ) .

    11 PM to 3 AM it's my time for study. But the next day I have exam colleges and a daily routine 😢.

      I have also the same routine but I manage it by taking a nap after when I come from college this nap makes me productive and I don't feel like sleepy in night

      @@user-cp4ev5sb7q okay.. But Being Medical student life is full of stress😩 and the Cllg timing 8-5 is such a long and then and energy level goes done.. Not enough time for other activities and or self-study 🥲 and when I go for study I can't focus properly😭😭😭
